This might become my most favorite jacket that I have ever owned. I love it. I need a jacket that is light enough to work in without the bulk of a heavy winter coat. I live in the mountains where one of the first wind farms in the country started due to the almost constant wind. It has been mentioned as one of the most consistently windy locations in the world. Great for windmills, not so much for people. Cold wind goes right thru clothing an chills to the bone. This jacket feels like a warm hug when you first put it on then once your outside it blocks the wind and retains body heat. The fit is perfect for me with a couple of layers on and I would agree as others have said it is true to size. I like how it fits in the shoulders, chest, sleeve and over all length. I have no issues with the Velcro cuffs, snug but comfortable and can be loosened if I need them to be. I like the way the hood fits, the bill and ability to remove it. Pockets are great and the soft fuzzy lining add warmth to that hug I mentioned. I really do think it will become my "the best jacket that I have owned". It beats the err, pants off of those navy blue nylon jackets all the cool kids wore back in the mid 60's, they were always "too expensive" for our clothing budget, sigh. This is a great ski coat. It's very warm, waterproof and hooking the hood around the front of the chin keeps the wind out even better than just zipping the coat all the way up. The pockets are plentiful and keep your stuff safely zipped inside. And it looks really great. Mine is blue.

Waited to re3view until we had a chance to use this on the slopes. Here in the Northern California Sierra's we have not had a good snowfall until the last few days as we got the Christmas gift of 5 to 7 feet of new snap in three days. Yippee, finally here. Okay, after a fun day at Heavenly Valley on Christmas Eve, I really like this jacket. Warm, comfortable, and the design high quality. Here are somethings that I really like about this jacket. 1. Love the left arm zipper pouch pocket for my EPIC or IKON Ski pass. Insert and forget it. Nice touch. 2. The removable hood is a really nice touch. 3. the adjustable velcro straps on each sleeve are great to adjust for keeping snow from going up the sleeve and into the gloves. 4. Love the bright orange color. My two adult grandsons and I do a Ski Resort Blog/Vlog and we have the orange as our primary color so this fit in well. 5. The Zippers are solid and look very durable. Easy to zip up and down. Should last along time. 6. Sizing is accurate for description. 7. The warmth factor is solid and warm without being overly bulky, nice balance here. 8. The two lower side pockets are nice and large and the zippers are easy to use. The only thing I would add is not something to make a decision one but if the manufacture is listening, a half inch longer or deeper pocket on the left chest and left inside phone pocket would be a nice feature for the Pro Max size new iPhone or Android phone would be nicer. I can get my new iPhone 16 Pro Max into bother the inside and outside pockets, just takes both hands of a little longer to tuck inside the zipper area. Nice storage area In the pockets and really happy with this new jacket. Especially for the great margin price. Would think this is a more expensive jacket than it was.

Nice weight, warm and breaks cold wind. Bought for my 15 yr old grandson who has a long bike ride to the bus stop in the mornings. He reports it is nice and warm and breaks the cold wind

Fit is good, slightly big, but big is better than small. It gives room for thick clothes or layers underneath. Nice and warm and comfortable. Good in the snow, no moisture seeps through to the inside.

High quality and nice and warm. Zipper works well. The lining is great too and helps keep heat in then cold out. Protects you from the wind. Long lasting durability.

Fits like a jacket but warms you like a coat! My son thinks this is the best coat he has ever had and he absolutely loves it. It is well made and durable. Fit is true to size. The price isn't so bad either!

I saw a review that said this is the best winter coat ever. Well, it's not really that special. But it's a good, warm, comfortable coat, and the price is about 1/5th that of the fancy brands. I like the styling and the color. The fabric definitely seems durable and waterproof. It came shrink-wrapped, so it had plenty of wrinkles. A quick fluffing in the drier took care of that.

This is a great ski jacket and really sets you apart from all the others in boring old blues, reds, blacks and turd colours. No Amazon, that is how colours is spelt! I wore a poly base layer and thin mid layer underneath and I was never cold on the slopes, mind; it didn't go down below -8C. People in my class and the instructor always shouted "hello Colin" when they saw the jacket, so if you want to remain anonymous this isn't the jacket for you.
