Great Gift
This is a fun project for anyone who adores trains. I purchased this for a friend who is autistic and he really loved putting it together. I will purchase another set for my boyfriend, who is also enthusiastic about trains.

I painted all the sides of the prices otherwise it would look unfinished. It looks great when that is done but adds a few extra hours to assembly

Impressive looking model...but..
I'll admit this kit does make a good looking static model but there are a couple of things I am not pleased with. First is the use of double sided tape to attach some parts, leading me to question durability. I was, also, disapointed that none of the wheels or drivers were atriculated. But then for the relatively low price one should not expect too much.

I enjoyed this build. Comes with what you need to complete it. Looks pretty good. Pieces all fit together like they should. Had some trouble with the paper that goes over the top but I think it looks all right. Worked on it over a couple of days.
