Can you fit a pro contoller inside without the sponge part?

No not with the base station as well.

Can the pro-controller fit in the case "with sponge model"?

sorry, the pro-controller can't fit in the case with sponge model

Does this case give pressure on joysticks both on the console and the grip upon closing the case?

If you mean does it squash the items when sealed then no. If you mean does everything sit snug and not move, then yes. It’s a really good case.
