I love this sprayer. Heavy when full but worth it. The weight is evenly distributed when wearing on your back with the shoulder straps. Might need help putting it on unless you have a high enough table. It works great and one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Makes spraying so much better and efficient. Plus it’s dewalt so that helps with my platform. It’s very well made as well

I was initially skeptical about the price of this sprayer, but since I already owned a DeWalt drill battery, I decided to give it a try. Having used both 2-gallon and 4-gallon manual pump backpack sprayers in the past, I can say there is simply no comparison; this electric sprayer is a game changer. What normally takes me 45 minutes to complete was finished in about 15 minutes. The efficiency is incredible, as I no longer have to stop and pump every few minutes. While it has the weight you would expect from a 4-gallon backpack, it is manageable, and I found that filling it with 2 gallons was plenty for my needs. For those who prefer not to carry it, some companies make wheeled trolleys to pull the unit behind you. The unit is very quiet, features 10 spray settings, and produces an excellent spray pattern that can reach long distances. The build quality is sturdy, and the shoulder harness is extremely comfortable. I used a small 1.5 Ah battery to spray around my house, pool, deck, and pavilion, and it still showed a full charge when I was finished. I am so impressed that I am getting rid of my manual sprayers. If you are looking to upgrade your equipment (Man Card), I HIGHLY recommend this DeWalt sprayer. 10 stars.

Great product. I have a lot of fence line to spray for weeds. This electric sprayer works very well. I found it to be well made and the back pack assembly distributed the weight (+/-45 pounds) comfortably. I used a 6 Amp battery and the pump performed flawlessly for three complete, 4 gallon each, cycles. No leaks and the hose and wand were perfectly placed for my use (right handed). I'm 5' 10" tall and weigh 250 - the straps adjusted for me easily. One suggestion - when the backpack is full, place on a table, straps out, and back into the harness, tightening as you go. Highly recommend.

Love it. Works great. Battery life is awesome. Used it probably 15 times and haven’t charged once and has not clogged (although I flush with water every 2-3 uses)

Works like a charm. It is heavy when fully loaded, but beats repearedly filling and carrying 1 gallon hand pumps to complete a single job. Several tip options to select from are included. I purchased the bare tool because i have plenty of batteries and chargers already. Kept the cost down. My advice, and DeWalt’s recommendation from the owner manual, is to practice first with all of them until you find the desired tip and adjustable pump pressure to suit your need. . Then load your product and your you're off. Note, There will be leftover product that the pump wont pick up. Empy this in your hand pump sprayer for quick and easy spot treatments later, if needed. It Primed for me immediately and works great for big applications over my yard.

This tank is tough and ready for work. It seems very well engineered. Read the directions and you will have no problem getting this setup to tackle small/medium/large yard chores. I have used it a half dozen times so far and am very impressed, whether I am just spot-spraying small doses, or laying out large doses. Excellent control with minimal hassle.

Tested this tool for the first time today spraying 5 gallons (2 batches) of dormant oil spray and oil spray + copper in my orchard. The spray is powerful enough to reach my tallest trees (about 25 ft), and can also be adjusted to a fine spray that coats leaves and small branches well. No leaks in any fittings, nor even the filling cap because it has a one-way valve to let air in. I needed to lean a bit to the left and forward as it got down to the last 1/4 gallon, but the tank sprayed out everything out but about a cup-full of spray. Easy to clean and after putting it away, my 5 amp-hour battery still had a full charge. Not too heavy, and the shoulder and waist straps are well made and comfortable. The power control and on/off are ease to reach with it on my back. Time will tell how it holds up.

Had been using a 2 gal back pack type with a side bar that facilitated pumping while wearing. That was OK, but pressure did not last long and had to keep almost constantly pumping while spraying and it was not at all comfortable to wear and hard to work it if hand carried. Anyway, this thing solved all issues. 4 gal is bit heavier but still comfortable to wear, although now I either just put in a little pull cart or put right behind me in bed of side by side; the hose is long enough to facilitate either. The motor works great/keeps constant pressure and pressure is adjustable if need more power to shoot stream out further. Relative to most modern equipment, this seems well made/well engineered and is easy to use. Highly recommend for anything from medium home yard up to small home farm.

I’ve been very impressed with this DEWALT backpack sprayer. The battery-powered design makes spraying much easier than a manual pump, especially for larger jobs. The backpack is comfortable to wear, the tank is easy to fill and clean, and the battery lasts long enough to complete most tasks on a single charge. The build quality feels solid, just like you’d expect from DEWALT. Overall, this is a great investment if you already use DEWALT 20V tools or need a dependable sprayer for lawn care, weeds, or other outdoor projects. I’d definitely recommend it.
