This is a rip-off
When I attempted to download Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 from the Amazon Software Library (as I was instructed) it mistakenly downloaded a copy of Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 that I had used on another laptop a decade ago. Of course it didn't activate. Amazon burned my download link and now I have nothing. This is a rip-off.

It's a deliberately crippled, unsupported, buggy mess.
Interface was deliberately crippled from Adobe Acrobat Classic. Known bug from two years ago not addressed, and according to support won't be unless there is a new version (which won't be available to people who purchased a three-year term for the current version). But it was fixed in the subscription version.Support is worthless for anything resembling support. It's just a sales team that tries to convince you to buy the subscription version instead. So add the cost of a subscription to the $324 price if you want a supported and properly functioning product.

Doesn't work at all
So far this is very expensive unusable junk. Installation was frustrating and once finally installed after some troubleshooting it crashes every time I open a document. At first it only crashed if I tried to edit a document (the whole reason I spent $500 on this) and now it crashes even when trying to open a document. The AI assistant on Adobe.com is spectacularly unhelpful as well.

A+ software, but you'll continuously be asked to enter ur Activation Code and. your Activation Code (for any software) is totally hidden when purchased; you'll spend a LONG time on Amazon looking for the 'software library' (or whatever new name it gets regularly) looking for the SW you purchased. the link, in my originally email, no longer works. i asked AI to find the 'software library' and it led me the wrong way. Worst customer service.
Adobe has the worst customer service.You will be issued a ticket. Then Adobe will not satisfy work on ticket for 6 months.Truly dislike that over 3hundred dollars later, I find out that Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 does not come with signature feature. It is only in Adobe Acrobat Subscription. You will not be able to send pdf out for signatures.

The product is actually Acrobat Classic. Purchased this to use with an Acrobat plugin only to find out that the plug in doesn't work with Classic. How can they label the product Acrobat Pro if that's not what you're getting.
