This works very well for me. I am 70 years old man. I work a full 40 hours a week, outdoors in the southern heat. This summer I have worked several days in the sun in 95 to 100 degree heat. Wet bulb globe temps were in the black. Before this excellent product was in my life I could not have done this. Of course one needs to drink, but water is NOT all you need. I have tried several other electrolytes but for me this one is the winner. I take one scoop in the morning, and one when I get off work. When I sweat a lot on high temp days I take an extra pinch of Redmond's unrefined salt.

Excellent for a 5 day fast. I was searching for a long time for an electrolyte powder with no carbs, preservatives or other unnecessary ingredients. I read some of the comments about it being too salty and they seem odd because it taste perfectly fine to me. It's not delicious like the one's loaded with sugar or synthetic sweeteners but it's reasonable. My fast feels great now compared to water and tea only. I trust Dr Ekberg based on his high quality content on his Youtube channel and believe he put the same effort into this product. It's worth every penny.

Love this product of electrolytes from Dr Eckberg. Unsweetened and contains the right portions of all necessary elements for your electrolyte needs. A pit pricey. But has more servings.

It’s pricey, but worth it for the reassurance that there are no metabolizable sugars. Not just Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium this product contains all the electrolytes plus trace minerals. I find the taste agreeable. I was trying to think of what it reminded me of and the best I came up with was coconut water without sweetener. It’s not something I would grab just for the taste, but it’s not offensive. The absolute best about it is that it does not spike blood sugars or throw you out of ketosis.

I like the product. I don’t have a problem with the taste and it dissolves just fine. My issue? It gives me diarrhea. Every time I drink it I get a minor case of the runs. I couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden I was getting diarrhea everyday. Then I realized this only happened after drinking this. So I stopped. And so did the diarrhea. Apparently not many other people have this issue because I only see one other post that even mentions it so it doesn’t appear to be wide spread. I’ll still drink it. I just make sure I’m home when I do 😁.

I follow Dr. Ekberg on YouTube. His knowledge made this purchase a no brainer. I train 5 days a week focus on lifting but do 5 days fasts 4 times a year and dry fast 2 days once a month. I do Sauna on training days and usually pretty worn out after training(failure). This has been amazing as it boosts me right up without feeling bloated. Now the taste is definitely swamp water but it's clean and works 100%! When you train you get used to the idea you get it down and get stuff done. Definitely have tasted worse. If hydration matters this is all you'll ever need. Glad it's on Amazon now!

The product contains SILICA in it, labeled on the product yet when you look on the current ingredients photo on the Amazon photo it does NOT list that. Second, it tastes horrible.

This is the best I have ever had. I buy the unflavored because I do not like the sweetness or flavored ones. I feel great and this has better quality ingredients. I have tried many many others.
