i had purple hair and it got rid of it first time round! if u have thick mid length hair i would suggest getting two packs as i’ve only managed to do half my hair. leaves hair quite dry but not damaged as it can be fixed with oils and conditioner. left my hair platinum blonde with some pink tones which i dont mind because it i was planning on doing pink highlights next anyways :) mega mega happy. this is the only hair dye remover that has worked !!

So I purchased this a couple of months for my daughter as she likes to change her hair colour often. She never mentioned what the product was like so I assumed it was good.A few days ago I decided I was going purchase this product for myself as I want to remove blue from hair that won't budge. I made sure to read all the information provided. It specifically says it's a non drip cream formula. There is no mention of this being bleach. It's supposed to be a colour remover. I know there are bleach free colour removers so assumed this was one. Imagine my surprise when I pick up the sachet to immediately feel that it is a powder not cream. It says on the back of the pack to mix with developer. There is no mention of the requirement of a separate product required to make this product useable. I did not want to buy bleach which is why I opted for this product.So I am left with two sachets of this product that I have been falsely sold that I cannot use. Sure I can give them to my daughter but I am annoyed that I have been mislead into purchasing a product under false advertising and information.

This looks like bleach and smells like bleach, so bear that in mind if your hair is compromised and don't over process. If your hair is thick or longer than shoulder length you will need more than one sachet. I used this on Arctic Fox Cosmic Sunshine and it removed all the colour, and my hair didn't feel dry or damaged after either. Worked perfectly for removing stubborn yellow dye. Will definitely use this the next time I want to change my colour quickly.

This product worked well for me. I dye my hair a lot with bright colours, while they often fade, with my most recent blue colour there were a few parts that were still a strong blue, as I wanted a complete colour change I looked to see what was on the market, read lots of mixed reviews on this item, I was worried about damaging my hair too much so I used a very low level developer (6), but even with the low level developer it still lifted the strong blue to be very light, light enough for me to change to red and orange. Very pleased. I would recommend this product personally.

I used this product to try to remove crazy colour from my hair with 20vol developer, total of 3 packs used on my very thick hair.Very successful with removing orange & red, with just a tiny patch here & there left, possibly my application technique to blame.Not so great with the blue side of my head, pretty good fade out though. Suspect if I used 30/40vol I may have had more success. So will use again for my next colour change with 40vol.Hair was left in decent condition, no breakage that I noticed.

I got this because around 6 months ago my hair was badly damaged from bleach and having Covid my hair fell out and snapped, I stuck a hair dye to try and hide the damage and with it being a while now decided to carefully remove the colour from my hair rather than bleach it (didn’t want to touch bleach again). After applying it exactly how the instructions said, my hair after was damaged like it put bleach on, smelt like bleach and looked like bleach I should’ve known!! I searched the description to ensure it was like other colour removers I’ve used before and nowhere does it state its bleach! Nowhere! Hence why I bought! My hair has gone gummy and is damaged again so bad I’m absolutely gutted I’ve worked so hard to get my condition back including having it cut really short and using this has undone all that process just to remove colour!It’s just bleach it’s not a colour remover please anyone who has compromised hair don’t touch it! Heartbroken right now

Amazing stuff for getting out crazy colours and for roots but very strong

Amo tingere i miei capelli con i colori più vivaci tipo blu/verde e come ben sappiamo è un incubo toglierli poi ma con questo polvere decapante sono riuscita con una sola applicazione ha eliminato 99.99% del colore senza danneggiare i miei capelli! Se devo proprio cercare una pècca è il prezzo che costa un po assai

Bastante malo, ha quitado el color de todas las partes del pelo menos la puntas, parezco una loca con el pelo en llamas, todo rubio claro y las puntas rojas. No lo recomiendo.

J’ai essayer d’enlever mon bleu que j’ai depuis déjà 3 mois et qui ne voulais pas partir, vraiment déçue ça n’a rien enlever

Hallo, bin sehr unzufrieden, da bei diesem Produkt eine Angabe bezug des Inhaltes hinterlegt wird, was dem nicht entspricht. Mit Packung kommt der Inhalt nicht auf die vorgegebene Menge. Somit finde ich das Preis /Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht und der Kunde wird hier eher betrogen. 🤔🙄☹️

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I followed the directions and wound up with bright orange hair. Then had to spend a lot of money to have my hairdresser correct it
