I bought this for a friend as part of her birthday. Her family make her a tea in the morning for later in the evening. She told me a cup was made at 11:30am and it was still warm just after midnight! I see some others have complained about leakage but she has not had any problem with this.... I’m now going to buy one for myself! Would definitely recommend...

Keeps your drink hot and doesn't spill

Keeps the drink hot but beyond drinkable hot for hours until the milk goes off. I need to leave the lid off for ages to be able to drink from it which kind of defeats the objective. I love hot drinks so it’s not anything to do with my palette.
