This is a nice product it cools hot sweaty areas on the body. I would definitely recommend it. Although I ordered a spray version I received the stick version. I’m happy with it.

The best anti friction powder I’ve used. I have an annoying inguinal hernia and without aid, the area gets irritated when walking. I’ve used Happy Nuts for a week now and I’m able to walk longer distances without irritation and pain. The last few days were 80 degrees plus and no problems BUT : when you removed the plastic protection on the bottle, HAND TIGHTEN the top securely. Mine was not toghtened and half the bottle ended up on the floor. It was hilarious 😂. Great product.

So far, it has been working! Keeps me dry, smells ok and no irritation. It's well named because I certainly have happy nuts!
