Very frustrating as it keeps shutting off after 2-5 minutes. The heat isn't warm enough and the "adhesion" does not work at all. I recommend against buying this product.

I bought this heating pad to use in between visits to my acupuncturist. I work on the computer long hours, like many people in this age, and have neck and shoulder issues. When I first used the TherMedic Qi-Point Heating Pad , I thought it was defective, because I plugged it into my computer USB hub. The hub didn't have enough voltage to properly power the heat pad, so it seems to work best directly plugged into a computer or with a USB to outlet plug converter of at least 1A. You can tell if it is under powered because the lights won't come on. I noticed a difference the day after my first use. When I woke up my lower back was not as tight as it usually is. It was easier to do my yoga and I felt well rested. It works very well, though the high setting maybe a little on the hot side for someone who is heat sensitive. It heats up quickly and unknots my tight shoulder easily. It also works well on monthly cramps and tight back muscles. After talking to my acupuncturist, he said that it might help my IC. I have IC and see my acupuncturist for help in keeping under control and staying pain-free. I sometimes feel a tightness in my lower abdomen from my IC when I eat certain foods. I am slowing adding some foods back into my diet as my condition improves, but sometimes they still affect me. The TherMedic Qi-Point heating Pad is a great addition to my IC therapy. My only two minor complaints. One is that the cord is a little short to comfortably reach an outlet and relax at the same time. I would rather it be a bit on the short side than too long though. At least the cord won't get tangled up and damaged easily. The second is the gel pad did not last a full year. I use it very often though, so I really can't take off any stars for that. You can buy replacements and they are easy enough to change.

Simply garbage, and costly garbage. I'm awaiting their' blessing' to be able to return the item. It sticks once, then done. It doesn't get very hot, and the packaging was atrocious. I would not recommend this at all, I did just get in Uncle Bob's neck heating pad neck collar, it is great!

It's much smaller than expected, although it is as described. I do have several TherMedic products that I use to help heal injuries.

I have a lot of knots in my neck and shoulder muscles and have had trouble with regular heating pads - the pad doens't conform to body curves and heat doesn't seem to do much. This little unit is phenomenal for delivering deep, penetrating heat without any discomfort. It actually feels significantly less hot than a regular electric pad, yet seems to do much more good to relieve the tightness and make me feel better. It is goofy that they only have USB cord, but most phones these days have an adapter for A/C to USB, pr even D/C (car) and that works fine. If you don't already have one, they are easy enough to obtain and quite inexpensive. Manufacturer would probably get less negative reviews if they just included one, but I already had one so no big deal, it's one less piece of clutter around my house. Don't yet know how long sticky pad will hold up, but for now it works really well to keep pad on the spot you want it on - perfect for the body part I need it for. I suggest having your skin clean of body oils and moisturizers in application area to maximize life - my TENS unit has that advice and no doubt it also applies here.

Much smaller than listed dimensions or apparent size on model. Seems to work fine but have to move it around for lower back pain. Actual dimension as listed in the instructions are 160 mm (6.3") x 75 mm (3"). I bought this to keep in my suitcase because it will work with all voltages with a usb power supply. Note that this does not come with a power supply. I used it, as recommended, with a 1A power supply and it got sufficiently warm.

Decidedly not worth the money. In terms of surface area, approximately 3/4 the surface area of a Kleenex.Great for warming that big Toe! And as to a power source, a bit tough having to plug it in exclusively to a USB port. Anyone for carrying your computer around to power it? Heat? What heat? Hair dryer delivers much more... TherMedic- back to the drawing board!!

I got this for my permanent neck pain. At first it's nice and warm. But after a couple of minutes it starts stinging/burning. Then I take it off and there's a really red rash that lasts for a few hours. I tried multiple times with the same result.

Es war leider kein USB-Adapter für die Steckdose enthalten, wie in der Produktbeschreibung beschrieben. Außerdem war die Packung schon mal geöffnet und das Gelpad wurde bereits aufgebracht, sodass ich davon ausgehen muss, dass das Gerät bereits in Betrieb genommen wurde...sehr unhygienisch!

Ware entspricht genau der Beschreibung, gibt sehr gute Tiefenwärme ab. Mit entsprechender Powebank ist man den ganzen Tag gut versorgt.

Ein schönes Produkt, mit USB super praktisch, hält schön warm. Ich bin damit total zufrieden und werde weiterempfehlen und meine Schwester auch eins schenken .
