I love this product! Extremely easy setup and plug length is adequate. Very clear picture and the microphone is very good quality. I did have an issue with one of my cameras and they are taking care of it. Very professional and fast service when you have an issue. I also love the fact that you can create privacy block outs for the video. This ensures that our cameras aren't looking into our RV park neighbors windows. We believe in reasonable privacy. I only wish that Amazon had a 10 star rating!!!

This is the second set I had purchased as I was so pleased with the first set--good well lit pictures-- even at night--put one set indoors and the other outdoors--a real nice set for the money and it works well and comes right back after a power glitch--no re setting--small compact and easy to install.

We have 4 cameras up and I will say the qualify of the cameras are very good. I love the options that are given for night vision. You can download the app and see your cameras on your phone or connect to a monitor in your home so you always have the cameras available to monitor.

I absolutley love this set of cameras for my brand new business. They are easy to set up and install. I have no experience and did it in about 15 minutes. Their customer service is also excellent as well. You just have to email them and they do what they can to make it right. The 24/7 monitoring is so beneficial for my small business.

The Hiseeu cameras (5MP) are incredibly clear. Easy setup because the cameras are pre-configured with the NVR. I have one minor issue that is not too significant. First, you can not connect to other brands. I have an old system that I thought might be used to expand this system since the NVR has room for 12 more cameras. Other than that the system gets 5 stars.

This camera works well. The app sends alerts immediately, and I can check footage on my phone, whether I'm home or away, on a screen or on my phone. I'm glad I chose it. I would recommend this product to anyone considering a home camera.

Everything worked great right out of the box. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The value for our money was excellent. Top quality, the cameras look built to last. We installed these cameras in an office building with 2 floors and the cameras had no problem finding the NVR and automatically added it. The range is very good. Connections are stable. Web access is great. Also customer service is on point with answering any questions. It’s been 6 months and they’re still working like a champ.

Purchased this about a month ago. Setup was super easy. The picture quality of the cameras is extremely good,very clear. The monitor and recordings work as expected and the features such a detection are reliable as long as you take the time to go to settings a set up schedules, human detection and sensitivity and limit the zones of detection to that which is necessary. For example my driveway zone is limited to the driveway NOT the entire street! Most importantly I had a problem with one camera, contacted the company via chat. The response was timely the action I needed to perform was clearly explained and it worked. Problem resolved. It’s only been a month but I am impressed. Expectations for continued satisfaction remain high.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products. very good i like thats this unit has movement recording plus 24hr recording the playback has a function that can show you all the motion sensor that it caught with out having to scroll through hr of footage
