One of my favorite brands for any supplements. I really like the taste of these electrolytes. I've purchased these many times and they don't disappoint. You'll feel hydrated almost immediately after drinking. It's not salty how most other brands are.

Doesn’t smell great but tastes good. Def feel more energy and generally more hydrated. The size is small but I guess it’s what’s the serving must be. It fits great in my purse and gym bag.

The value of this is off the charts, and when you're averaging an hour or 2 a day of intense training, electrolytes for recovery can add up. Secondly, the flavors are pretty solid. The Cherry Pom has been my favorite of the few I've tried so far. 400mg of sodium per serving is higher than most of these mickey mouse imitation electrolyte mixes you'll see on Amazon and it also has an impressive breadth of other electrolytes and nutrients. The cheaper knock-offs might work for folks who are like going hiking or hanging out at the beach, but if you're actually doing serious endurance training (especially in the summer), this has been the best bang for my buck I've found. Aside from jumping to the big boys like LMNT where you're paying a premium for the brand, this is a great value. I also like getting them in a tub instead of individual little packages, because it's nice being able to do a scoop and a half or 2 scoops if I know I need it. I gave three stars based on the taste. It taste a bit gritty. But I like the Rosabella watermelon electrolytes better. I wanted to try this one since it had the coconut. More than likely will not purchase again, will give the remaining to my Son.

Wish I could give zero stars. Cherry Pomegranate is absolutely disgusting! I’m not writing this review with the intention to disparage the company or their product, but to just let people know my particular experience. What I ordered, the Cherry Pomegranate, tastes like HANGOVER VOMIT. I even tried to see if maybe I’d get used to it and later on also tried using a smaller amount, but it was SO bad. I honestly cannot believe how awful this tastes. I called Amazon and asked for a refund and they obliged. Idk if f it’s just this particular flavor…. checked the expiration date and it doesn’t expire until 8/26.

This is peak hydration stuff. I've been playing pickleball pretty consistently and thought alkaline water was a more than sufficient hydration. I was very wrong. As the heat picked up and I finally made my way home, the cramping kicked in overtime. I was discussing this one day at the courts and a friend pulled one of these out of his bag and told me to add this to my water. I did. This stuff is great. No other words for it. No more cramping. There are different flavors to choose from and the flavors aren't all that bad at all. I don't leave the house without an envelope in all my water and some extra ones for someone else just in case. Good stuff.
