I’ve gone through my fair share of indoor TV antennas over the years, and this one completely blows the competition out of the water. The signal quality is excellent — I’m getting more channels than ever before, and they come in crystal-clear with no dropouts or pixelation. How is the possible? Well this unit features a 33ft long cable. Most other antennas come with short, frustratingly limiting cords, but this one gives you the flexibility to place it wherever you get the best signal — even across the room or higher up on a wall. That extra length makes a huge difference and really sets this antenna apart. Setup was quick and easy, and once it was up, I haven’t had to touch it again. I purchased this specific antenna because it was highly rated by a tech website. I did purchase it used as it was quite expensive if bought new. The good: it has a very, very long cable which might be good for some. I do not need it so it’s in the way and have to coil it up and find a place for it. It pulls in some channels the previous one did not, but not consistently. Picture quality is great. Has mounting for wall with adhesive or screws and even for a small pole with clamps. The not so good: I would prefer it be a little bit adjustable after mounted, like ability to tilt up or down or side to side a little. I have never used an antenna that you cannot adjust in some manner once it is mounted. If the cable is left to dangle down the wall, the picture quality and channel pick up is not as good. I have to pin the cable up along the ceiling for a few feet to get good reception. That is ugly. I have an old rabbit ear RCA antenna that has the UHF hoop and it gets almost the same number of channels with almost as good of quality. It is not as good as I expected but does have fewer channel interruptions and better picture quality in general.
