It’s easy to setup, great for steam VR and got over 300 fps on performance mode in Fortnite. Great design. Only thing is it only has 1 stick of ram and it is glued on. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this because of the design and performance. It also has a WiFi adapter that connects well and fast for wireless internet. It connect to pretty much and monitor also.

I really wanted to love this PC — specs looked great on paper, the RGB lights gave me hope, and I was excited to finally dive into some gaming. Instead, I ended up with a nightmare in a case. Here's everything that went wrong: 🔹 Overheating from Day One Straight out the box, the CPU was running at 120–125°F (over 50°C) with nothing running. Playing even a light game like League of Legends would cause the system to crash like someone yanked the plug. I monitored temps and confirmed it was overheating while idle. Not okay. 🔹 Faulty Hardware The speakers didn’t work, and when I pressed the mouse buttons that came with it, they sank inside the shell and got stuck. Feels like the cheapest peripherals they could find were bundled in to look impressive. 🔹 Hard Shutoffs This wasn’t a blue screen or a software issue — it was a full system shutdown whenever any graphics load hit. It did the same thing at the exact spot multiple times. That’s either a power supply failure, GPU issue, or both. 🔹 Returned Immediately I contacted Amazon support and they confirmed the product was defective. The company had no more units in stock, so they could only offer a full refund. At least Amazon handled that part well. --- ⚠️ Final Verdict: This PC might look cool with all the RGB, but underneath it’s a hot, unstable mess with subpar parts. If you're serious about gaming or even just want a PC that stays on, skip this one. 💡 Tip: Monitor temps with HWMonitor and stress test with OCCT. If you see high temps on idle or hard crashes during basic use — return it immediately. Don't risk your data or safety.

Bought this for my 13 year old son for christmas. He is just now getting into pc gaming. He loves it. No complaints so far. Came packaged well, safe and secure. Very easy to set up, he did it on his own (w/my supervision of course to make sure all went accordingly). He did change out the mouse and the keyboard that it came with, but only because he wanted one that lit up all different color variations, and not just rainbow. Also you will need speakers if you dont use headphones. My son uses both. But there are no speakers on the pc itself. While plugging in make sure you follow directions step by step. It does say for video output "do not plug in here" and my son of course plugged in that spot for video. Also there is info concerning the Volts on the switch on the back, neither # matched the directions, ao we kept it switched to the one it was on and closest too with the #s. Seems to be fine. Overall im very pleased. Good starter pc, great astetics, and value for the money, gaming capabilities seem to be great as well.

This is my brothers first gaming pc, I was testing out the pc and i would rate it a good 8/10. (He rates it a 9/10) I think its actually really good for it’s price, and it comes with a keyboard and mouse and soundboard. To be honest the soundboard kind of sucks because when i play games the music cuts off a few seconds then goes back to normal every now and then, but the soundboard isn’t a problem at all you can just buy a new one if anything. Everything else like the IMPORTANT stuff is not damaged or bad or anything like that. The pc runs well and does not overheat at all, it does get a bit warm at times but it hasn’t overheated yet. My brother only just received his pc today so who knows what’ll change, if anything does i will edit this review. The pc connected pretty quickly and it ran great, the pc is fairly big and my favorite part of it was the lights that it has. The lights change color and it’s pretty cool, it comes with a remote which is not a problem to my brother tbh. Sorry for the yap, now about the gaming quality and whatever, it’s pretty good. We tried roblox, minecraft and fortnite. My brother also tried ark and overwatch but idk how the performance is on those games because I wasn’t there to see. But what i can say, is on roblox wise it’s super good at not laggy at all. I even tried laggy games on roblox like dress to impress, my brother even enabled high settings and it ran perfectly. On minecraft it was a bit laggy but not too bad. It’s not like a nonstop lag it only lags just here and there, but not bad at all. Now fortnite , it’s good as you can tell by the clip but at times it was laggy but once again not bad. So overall i think the performance on this pc is great for it’s price and worth the money if you’re on a budget imo. I enjoy the pc a lot, it also comes with a manual to help you out. Mainly everything you need they give it to you. Make sure to plug in everything as well. That’s pretty much it! Sorry for the crappy writing and describing idk how to explain that well. But yeah the pc is cool! (Also forgot to mention that when my bro first got the pc , one of the fan things came off. It’s not much of a problem it was only one and it doesn’t affect anything so, But just putting that out there.)

Bought as a Christmas gift for my teen and he was able to go homework and much more. With his computer added there was no delay in his game play.

Update on product and customer service. Following my initial review the seller customer service contacted me and provided multiple possible trouble shooting fixes, after all unsuccessful attempts at that, they offered to replace the item with a new one and provided return shipping labels for me to return the faulty item. In the meantime, I resolved the issue on my own and am very happy with it now. Original issue "Every time I start the computer, my monitor doesn't receive signal, so I have to do a hard reboot to get it to work. I have swapped out HDMI cables and checked the connections multiple times on both ends and everything is set up correctly and my monitor has never given issues on any other piece of equipment it's been connected to. The computer itself looks great and does what I bought it for, however, I do not see it lasting very long needing to be hard reset at every start-up just to be able to use it."

If I could leave this less than one star I would. This computer has been nothing but a headache. At first it didn't read any of my drives so I had to fix that myself after several days of trial and effort. Then once I finally got the machine to do that the audio didn't work half the time (I knew it wasn't my speakers as they worked beforehand). After finally getting everything I needed set up on it only a couple hours into properly using it the screen randomly changed resolution before promptly shutting the screen off entirely. The black screen of death completely killed the machine as now I can't fix that problem, even taking the GPU out did not make it switch to an integrated graphics, so no matter what I do, how ever many restarts I do I cannot get video out of it. For all I know it's completely fried itself. TL:DR I spent 700 USD on this, and I got a computer that was missing screws, had screws loose, couldn't read GPT formatted disks, the audio didn't work half the time and the display doesn't display. Which I know isn't a monitor issue.

For the price, I had my expectations at practical levels. However, despite the low price there were a couple things that raised an eyebrow. Why did they hot glue the memory onto the motherboard? Why is the memory DDR3? DDR3 is OLD. No reason it should be DDR3 - I was expecting at least DDR4. Why?! Why did they hot glue the memory to the board? It's standard memory slots, and they hot glued the edges to the plastic release levers. The good: the wire management was really good. The case is "tool-less", meaning you an open and close the transparent access panel with the two scew-knobs. Other thoughts: the hard drive is a SATA SSD connected by a red SATA cable. The bluetooth is via USB plugged in on the back. The wireless is the same. It comes separate in a baggy and you plug it in via USB. The fans are controlled by a central controller box (with remote included) and their all LED lit - which looks cool if you're into that. I did tried to replace the power supply with a Corsair ATX 1000 watt power supply so I could install a 4080 RTX GeForce video card. It wouldn't fit due to the SSD bracket. I removed the two screws holding it in place under the case and it came right out. I was able to install the power supply after that - it was quite snug - a micron bigger and it wouldn't it. The case is designed for the supply fan to blow air out the bottom and there's a mesh cut out just for that. Overall - The video card that came with it would be fine for any kind of 2D or light 3D games some kids / adults might play - but this was for my nephew as a temporary replacement until he could save up or a beefier one after his old game machine got fried. --- for that it was a good price for what I got - save for the couple caveats I mentioned earlier.
