I’ve been using Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak dry shampoo for years, and it’s the only one I’ll ever buy. It works perfectly in between washes, absorbs oil well, and never leaves my hair feeling heavy or chalky. The scent is light and fresh, which I really appreciate, and it keeps my hair looking clean and refreshed all day. This value pack is a great deal for a product I already rely on. If you’re looking for a dry shampoo that truly works and smells great without being overpowering, this one is my favorite and highly recommended.

This has been the best brand of dry shampoo that i've found over the years. Made with reasonable ingredients and it gets the job done of even the greesiest of hairs! This will de-shine and fluff up mildly greasy hair, but if you let your hair get a bit too heavy grease, you can at least mildly fluff and de-shine which gives your hair a clean styled look. Just be ready for all the dust your restroom will be covered in with using this product. The stuff is a very, very fine powder and it settles EVERYWHERE.

Best dry shampoo Use for volume. Smells Great

This really works to absorb oil & leaves no residue (or very little come wash day). I wish it did more though. It doesn’t give any volume or texture. The smell is nice, not overpowering at all. I’ve seen others say it’s a strong smell or it leaves a white cast. The smell, to me, is soft & nice. Which I appreciate because usually if my hair is oily, I need that extra oomph of smell good. As for the white cast… any dry shampoo is going to do that if you spray too close or you don’t rub it in all the way. What my stylist told me- Spray about a foot away from the hair, in short soft mists, in targeted zones. I do each side of my head, a horizontal line from my temples towards the back (closer to my part) then my crown area in the back. So I start with 2 ‘lines’ Then. Wait a few mins for that to dry, rub it in & do another round of 2-3 areas as needed. I don’t do my entire head at once because that uses excess product This is what’s worked for me & this product does a really good job of that. I just wish it did more. This photo is 3 days post wash (I’m training my hair still, I’ve always washed daily & the last 2 months I’ve been trying to wash less to improve the health of my hair) I used this dry shampoo once, I wished Sunday night, used Tuesday morning & this photo was taken Wednesday morning) I am not a hair expert at all. I can’t style or do much of anything with it.

I have a normal to oily scalp, so my roots will get oily after 24-48 hours, which is why I loved when I discovered dry shampoo. I love the smell of this and since my roots get oily, they also get a bit flat and this product is great at removing oil while giving me that bit of fluff and volume to my hair. I will say that too much makes my roots feel a bit too dry, so I usually do an initial light spritz and layer it in over time since it seems to work better the longer you let it absorb the oils in your hair.

One of the best dry shampoos I've found, and I've tried many. It doesn't leave much residue in your hair like many dry shampoos, and it's less expensive than most of the ones on the market that do a good job.

I've been using dry shampoo for almost 20 years. I've seen brands come and go during that time. This product freshens my hair (which is baby fine and thin) without leaving any thick powdery residue. It has a very light scent, not at all overbearing.
