Mache mir den Eiweißshake immer wenn ich in der Arbeit bin, das sind 3 Tage in der Woche...
Drei Tage in der Woche nehme ich Eiweißshakes als Mittagsessen zu mir..... Ich hatte Ihren Eiweißshake jetzt an zwei Tage und er hat mir geschmekt ...... wie er sich auf dauer bewärt kann ich noch nicht sagen.... Aber was ich sagen kann , er ist nicht so süß und sättigt gut ...... Ich werde sehen wie ich in den Nächstenwochen zurecht komme..... hab mir die kleinen Päcken auch noch gekauft und möchte sie im Urlaub verwänden........
