Does not work during power outage as assured.
I specifically asked before I purchased this if the oven would work during a power outage and was assured that it would. That was my ENTIRE reason for getting it. Guess what it does NOT!!!

Defective regulator
Oven was received without a working regulator. The regulator inlet has no threads. The product instructions state that the supply line should be threaded into the regulator. Appliance installation people that were here to install it in my house said they'd never seen anything like it. The product description says they have dedicated technical support - but I've spoken with their support call center twice and promised to receive an email but it's been several days and no email. Can't move into our house without a working oven. Weighing whether to simply return this one or pay for someone else to fix the product that was defective when sent.
