Why does my phone fall off the charger?

For iPhone 12/13/14/1516 series, use a MagSafe/magnetic case or no case. Non-magnetic cases can cause it to fall. For iPhone 8~11 series, use a MagSafe/magnetic case. Non-magnetic or no case can cause it to fall.

The left charger is not charging or charging slowly, what should I do?

Take the phone on the left down, wait for 1 minute, and then put it back. It should charge normally afterwards. Please use an adapter with a power rating of 30W or higher. Shake the charger, then try charging again to see if it works properly.

Pro's: Fast charging. Powerful magnet. Easy to use. Takes different models. Con's: Just one small niggle... the green indicator light to show the phone(s) connected and charging, glows quite brightly. In a pinch dark room it can be distracting.

Great product! Easy to use, works really well. Built quality food. MagSafe is strong so phones don’t fall down (be careful with cases as thick cases without MagSafe wouldn’t work). Charges relatively quickly. Angle of charger means phone screen can be seen whilst using.
