Can I use these wires for my Yamaha 5.1 surround speaker please?

I don’t see why you can’t. Speaker cable has been used to re-wire all my speakers including centre speaker and two rears. Good luck 😉 and I hope this will help you.

Can I use this with raspberry pi gpio pins?

I would reccomended getting the proper cables but it guess it would work.

How do I know which one is + and minus mine doesn't have a line on any of the wires

Check the continuity of each conductor with a battery and flash light bulb. Good luck. Remember to mark the pairs as you identify them with a label. Good luck.

Can we connect this as extention to Christmas lights?
