My main reason for buying this portable monitor is because of my previous experience with another Uperfect product. I have a 15.6 Qled 500 nits 1080p which is great and still running strong on my desktop set up. Very nice color production and brightness. Coming back to this particular product. It is big, light, easy to set up and still very portable, it just that it has 350 nits of brightness instead of 450 nits. Looking at the product description, it states that it has 450 nits of brightness and 120hz refresh rate. The refresh rate of 120hz is accurate but the brightness isn't. It only have 350 nits according to the manual included in the box. Comparing my older Uperfect Qled with 500 nits is brighter and color reproduction of qled vs. ips is a big difference. I will use it for my ROG Ally and I need a better refresh rate than 60hz. It is still bright but not as bright and color reproduction of Uperfect Qled is very accurate. I contacted Uperfect customer service and have communication with Sophia. Great communications, she understood what was my issue with the product description not being accurate and suggested a compromise. Don't get me wrong, the monitor is very nice but what sold me is the brightness stated in the product description. She states that they will correct the product description soon for better description of the particular item. Uperfect stand with their product and that is why I choose them again for another portable monitor for my needs. After this very positive experience with Sophia, Uperfect customer service. I am looking forward of getting another product from them but will go with a Qled instead of IPS and maybe 2k resolution is in order, just waiting for the up coming prime days again. This is a fantastic 1080p monitor that gives you options to power it using a single USB-C cable connected to your laptop to deliver power and data or use an additional USB-C cable through an outlet to solely deliver power. If you opt for the former, the monitor will be dimmer since the single USB-C cable is providing power and data, so your best experience is definitely going to be when you have the second USB-C cable to deliver power. The monitor itself is lightweight so it's quite easy to carry it around (recommend you use a case) and even fit in a backpack along with your laptop to take it with you on the go. The stand is built-in, so it gives you a quick and easy way to stand the monitor up for it to be used. With all this, the build quality on this is very good. For the monitor performance, the color and brightness representation is great for a portable monitor and text was mostly easy to read, with the exceptions of some Webex meetings that involved very tiny text which is just the nature of a 1080p monitor for which their 4k monitors would address. There is a myriad of settings you can play around with whether that's contrast, brightness, enabling other modes to get the monitor to display to your preference. Also, I want to call out the quick responsive customer service. I did have an intermittent issue that caused the screen to go black and flicker, so I reached out to them via email. They responded within a few hours, and I was able to work with them on some basic troubleshooting. After the basic troubleshooting didn't work out, they made it right very quickly by just offering to send me replacement and avoid all the remaining hoops of troubleshooting. I got the replacement in just a couple of days, and it's been working great for me since. The product is great and the customer service is top notch, and I would have no hesitation buying from this brand again as they stand behind their products.

I tested several products before trying out this UPERFECT 4K Portable Monitor. I even ended up returning 3 of them because they weren't satisfactory (other monitors). For me, quality is the most important for me. I'm the type of person that enjoys good sound and good visuals. As you can see in my setup, I have a gaming PC attached to a wide screen monitor, a 4k OLED monitor, and the 17.3" UPERFECT monitor at the base of the two other monitors. I wanted something matte, something with Apple-like retina display, something bright and something large enough. The screen size was perfect. It was easy to set up and connected without any issues. I did have one super minor issue with the power plug; it was making a slight humming noise but works perfectly fine. Still, I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I emailed the customer support that was listed on their card/website and they got right back to me and offered to ship me a new power plug. Again, the monitor works perfectly! I was so happy with the product, that I ordered a different UPERFECT 17.5" monitor for my office. This company's products are great as well as their customer service. I'll look here first to buy monitors before other brands!

I like this monitor for having a normal HDMI and not just a HDMI mini, it's slim and very portable! Thing is it doesn't have a case, I didn't know I could get a free case until the company messaged me about how I like my product, they pointed me in the direction to get a free case by emailing the customer support email on the back of the instructions of the product and gave me a PDF version in the message for my convenience which was nice, after emailing the support email, I got a response quickly about how to get my free case, which is to provide an address, and in addition to the free case as a separate offer in the same email, to be in their VIP club to try out other products. I declined the second offer as I have too much stuff already that I don't want to add to the pile, and expressed that I am only interested in the free case. There was no response after that until about two days and I was told that they had a weekend that they came back from. It was a little misleading as the page the email was listed on said it was 24hrs, (picture in this review), immediately they said they sent the free case that will come within two days and apologized for not responding sooner because of their weekend, so that was nice. I gave this product 4 stars because of the little bit of a hassle to get the free case, if you're going to have a free case, just include it in the product box! The other monitor I had and returned from a different company had a free case included and I liked that, I returned the other monitor because it only had HDMI mini and it advertised that it had HDMI not specifying mini only! The monitor from UPERFECT, when I first turned it on had a brighter spot on it near the top right, but quickly paned out as I played my game. (It was probably cases by the monitor before shipping being stored in a position not natural for the screen to handle before turning it on). The sound is fair, it does have a headphone jack, I just let the sound come from the monitor's speakers when playing my game. Over all I feel it's a good purchase and great for a gaming personal space!

I've had this monitor now for a few months. It's a fantastic monitor. The color, size, functionality and even the fact I can mount it when I want, makes this thing a must have for anyone that is running with a laptop. Fits well in a backpack too. Bought the cover for it, runs off USB-C too. Cant beat it. Highly recommend it.

Great little monitor. I was able to attach to couple this with a 27 inch monitor, and after some tweaking of the settings, was able to get the monitor to almost mimic the exact colors of my 27 inch. Really liking the monitor so far! I had a minor misunderstanding of the product and what was supposed to come with it, and when I reached out to customer support and spoke with Sophia, she was very kind and helpful. She offered me a refund for something that was completely and totally my fault, which I did turn down, but the fact that she was willing to do it just lent to even better customer service. I encourage those wondering about this monitor and company to go ahead and make a purchase, you won't regret it. The monitor is fantastic, the picture is great and it's really responsive. I feel like the frame of the monitor is sturdy and will last a long time, and after adjusting the refresh rate on the monitor up to its 120hz maximum, I feel like this was definitely money well spent. My only gripe so far is that the monitors max brightness could be a little bit better, but in no way is it dark or hard to see. I want to call out Sophia again! Thank you so much for the help!

I have always found multiple monitors to increase my productivity when I'm at my desk. However, as an IT consultant I am often deployed to client sites for strategy meetings or proposal writing. My work involves spreadsheets, presentations, and lots of copying/merging of documents. So having a portable monitor (or two in my cases) on the road is enormously helpful. For a few years now, I have travelled with 2 15.6" monitors in addition to my laptop. I use two for my "working" spaces and the third I use in split-screen mode for my email and messaging applications so i don't miss important communications. While I do look like a total nerd, the setup never fails to impress my colleagues and clients. In fact, each time I visit a new client, someone gets so excited about my setup that they ask me where I got my screens and the price and by the end of the day they have ordered at least one. On the last trip, three people ordered screens (no joke). I have used a few different brands of monitors on the road. But last year I switched over to Uperfect. One is a 15.6" touchscreen model which is great for hands-on demonstrations. and the other is the standard 15.6" model. I really like them for a few reasons: 1) I hate when cables stick out of the sides. The inputs are recessed so they don't interfere with close arrangement of the monitors next to my laptop. 2) They are much thinner and lighter than other brands I have used and two fit easily along with my laptop in my backpack. Going through airport security is not that much of a hassle either. I grab all three with one hand. 3) The Uperfect customer service is unbelievable. I just ordered a 18.5" model when the stock was low and they reached out to me immediately to let me know there might be a delay while they restock. I had a few exchanges with them through Amazon and online and they responded very quickly. They apologized for the inconvenience and then it still arrived on time! Now I have connected the monitor to my home office as an additional monitor below my two main widescreen monitors. It is replacing my glossy 15.6" screen. The brightness is great, the text is sharp, and the matte finish is ideal for my workspace since I sit next to a bright window so no glare. I have decided that it works so well for me that I'm going to purchase another for the road. In short, this monitor is great and so is the seller. I highly recommend buying this monitor especially if you travel. It is totally worth it. Thank you Uperfect for your great customer support and your great monitor. My first experience with UPERFECT has been tremendous! My primary use case was going to be as a gaming monitor for a Nintendo Switch 2. Unfortunately, the firmware of the initial batch of these monitors doesn’t seem to instruct the Switch 2 of all the possible resolutions and refresh rates via HDMI. The result is the resolution is locked at 480p. I contacted UPERFECT support about the issue and they were very upfront and honest about the issue (Thank you, Sophia!). They acknowledged that they had not updated the firmware on the first batch of these monitors resulting in the resolution issue via HDMI. They immediately offered to refund the full amount and said that I could keep the monitor. They are also going to inform me when the batch of updated monitors are available. They were also prepared enough to send me a link to the firmware update and instructions on how it’s performed. I haven’t been able to get the Windows based firmware flasher to work on my Mac, even from a Windows 11 virtual machine running in Parallels, but I realize there may be too many hardware discrepancies to make that happen. Since I have the monitor in hand anyway, I decided to test it for other uses. I set it up as an extended display on my Mac, which was incredibly easy. With a USB C connection, the monitor was immediately recognized and was capable of its highest resolution and refresh rate. This connection was made on my M1 MacBook Air, which doesn’t even display at 120Hz on the built in display, yet this monitor ran perfectly at that refresh rate with 4K resolution. It made it obvious that the built in display ran at a slower rate. The monitor is bright and the colors really stand out. I also tried it hooked up via HDMI on an Apple TV, which will force a resolution and refresh rate. Again, amazing 4K picture at 60Hz. To summarize: I’ve never been more impressed by a company’s honesty and willingness to make things right, and by a product that really didn’t work for my intended use. I can’t wait until I’m able to purchase this exact monitor with the updated firmware!
