Ok, long review - sit tight: - I like the chocolate take on mushrooms, they are earthy and the chocolate compliments it. I appreciate that they are not excessively sweet to try to mask the flavor. Admittedly it is a bit of an acquired taste but so was matcha and that is everywhere now haha - the effects were subtle - it def helped get me to that sleepy, pre-bed phase - like I felt chill, cozy and relaxed. Don't listen to people who say this tastes great. It's not a pleasant taste. Chalky texture (duh, it's vegan) and a metallic aftertaste (Zinc?). The effects are somewhat noticeable. Meaning I don't feel as wired about a half hour after I take it. Given the cost, I'm not sure it's a good value for my money. I'm sure there are other supplements out there that work getter. Honestly, you're mostly paying for packaging.
