Allulose is the closest sugar substitute I’ve found to real sugar in both taste and texture. It has a clean sweetness with no noticeable aftertaste, while being low glycemic and much lower in carbs than traditional sugar. I’ve used it to make homemade coffee creamer, and recently I tried it for the first time in a cream cheese frosting for an all-natural carrot loaf. The frosting turned out amazing! It blended smoothly into the cream cheese, creating a rich, creamy texture without any graininess. Even my son, who is an extremely picky eater, loved it. That alone is a huge win in my book. I’ll definitely continue using Allulose in my baking and recipes going forward.

It is no different from any other Allulose baking substitute that I have tried. Pros: -Does appear to be a great 1:1 by volume. By weight, you will get less sweetness than if you were to use regular sugar. -Great price per oz compared to most other Allulose products. -Love the addition of monk fruit (in theory) -No Erythritol! Which means no menthol-sensation and hardly any harsh aftertaste Cons: -Browns more easily. -Also, a thurstier product, so make sure you either add extra liquid or are using a recipe with a higher liquid-to-dry ingredient ratio. -not as sweet (even with the monk fruit)

I was looking for this Allulose sweetner as recently many nutritional experts seem to present positive research data. You can check it for yourself. It's all over the internet. It is not as sweet as regular sugar but maybe just about 20% less. Known to be a natural substance so I feel safer. I've been trying to avoid table sugar (Sucrose) as much as possible as more scientist and doctors are saying the fructose part of table sugar is detrimental to our health. My doctor advise me to say away from table sugar as much as possible. I mix this Allulose with almost all my cooking though I have not used it for baking yet. Price is still on the high side but as more people get interested in this safer alternative, I hope it becomes more affordable.

Great for drinks, shakes, smoothies. Use it in meals sometimes too. Stevia, Monk Fruit and Allulose, all great for KETO/Diabetics to sweeten food when you get that itch. These 3 are EASY on the gut (no farts, bloating, diarrhea within limits at least, don't eat the friggin bag at once people, was that too much?). I use this or Monk EXTRACT (no erythricrap, just PURE 100% MONK) when Stevia isn't enough. Too much stevia in whatever may have an aftertaste for some things. THESE are REAL sugar replacements, everything else is fake and affects your Glycemic index or worse. See 3 side effects before...ROFL. Who needs ANAL LEAKAGE as a side effect? LOL. Just saying, keep it real. Make your own lemonade, Organic 100% lemon juice (15mil), little stevia (KAL Sure Stevia Extract Powder for me, other ingredients NONE even they make a fake one), allulose, mix and serve. AWESOME, no GI effect. Drink all day if you want. Don't buy sugar lemonade...ROFL. Make the real stuff. Dad died Sept3 Mom's falling apart here (me trying not to, miss you dad).
