Bought these for my 2 garage door threshold. Easy to install, kept excess water out and they lasted for 5 years. Just now breaking down where the tires hit them. I will be reordering very soon. Pleased with the quality and longevity.

We have been plagued with water in our north facing garage ever since we installed polyaspartic flooring in the garage. Old garage had multiple cracks in the floor, now sealed. So no-place for rain water to sink into the floor as my garage has no drain. Garage doors were professionally checked and the weather strips were deemed in good shape. Garage door "drum" was slightly tilted to improve the seal. We then installed 1/4 inch lower quality stripping, but it did little to stop water from coming in (In all fairness, we did not glue it down when we tried it). I found Gara Dry. Called and was recommended 1" height for my 8 foot door. I ordered the 8 foot 3 inch through Amazon, but went to Gara Dry website and ordered more sealant and foam blocks since I'm a believer that more can be more. Product arrived with strip, sealant/adhesive, and foam blocks. I checked all the videos and was pleasantly surprised that AN ILLUSTRATED INSTRUCTION BOOKLET came with the strip!!!! I installed strip per instructions. The 8 foot 3 inch strip required no cutting to length. I glued it down with copious amounts of sealant, used foam blocks behind the tracks. I also resealed the outer edges of the weather stripping with white caulk. Husband helped me lay the strip and we walked on it to insure the seal. Kinda crunches when you do that. Let it dry 24 hours. Hit it with a direct hose this morning and IT WORKS! I just ordered the 16 foot 3 inch for my double doors and will update this review.

This works great to keep water from coming and puddling under the garage door. Before we installed we would get a flood of water in the garage after it rained and now it’s bone dry! Installation was fairly simple; just be sure to sweep, mop and let garage floor dry completely before applying the adhesive. If done carefully you could install by yourself, but I had a helper. There are video instructions on YouTube that show how to install if the paper instructions aren’t enough. I’m taking one star off because it’s kind of expensive for a big strip of rubber and some adhesive....however, it seems thick and durable enough that it should last for a long time.

We have Monsoon summer storms that used to flood the front of the garage. No more. Great product, quite easily installed. Easy to figure out what size is needed. Hidden behind the door and seems to work exactly as promised. No fear of summer rains anymore!

This product is well constructed of heavy duty material. I followed instructions for a strong adhesion to sealed concrete. Notice my sensor wire for opener passes thru the center hole of the 1" product. Allows for a shorter bell wire run to my Liftmaster door opener and makes for easy maintenance of wire if needed.

Utterly useless!!! the sealant that it comes with was absolutely worthless. This is not going to retain any type of water whatsoever or not keep the bugs out of your garage.

This product is very good quality and works as intended.
