I must have and try you will not regret it
I started taking this about a week ago never knew much about it. A friend recommended it. It is absolutely the best product. I would highly recommend it. It makes you feel amazing. Helps your stomach issues if you have any however I ordered it here on Amazon and I paid too much because if you go on their website, it’s way cheaper.

Try it. I think it has changed my life.
I have taken it for a few months. And this is one vitamin pill that I can feel the difference. I rate very few products. I am in my 70s and can really feel the difference. I am not paid to give this review. I have never taken any vitamin that I felt a difference. I know that it is spendy. But if you can afford - I think you will be surprised. I take lots of vitamins and this helps an old guy. More than the rest!

The Capsule That Changed My Sleep
Fatty15: This Tiny Capsule Changed the Way I Sleep Some supplements build trust slowly, their benefits showing up only on lab tests. Others are felt instantly, woven into your day-to-day experience. Fatty15, intriguingly, is both. At the heart of this minimalist capsule is C15:0, a pure, vegan-friendly odd-chain fatty acid—and the first new essential fatty acid to be discovered in nearly a century. Identified while its founder was studying dolphins, C15:0 has since emerged as a powerful tool for modern health. Its science is compelling: it helps regulate circadian rhythms, balancing the body’s internal clock. In my case of one, the result was deeper, more restorative sleep . Beyond sleep, C15:0 supports cellular health, fortifies fragile membranes, and boosts mitochondrial function—the very engines of our energy. I tried Fatty15 after reading about it, noticed nothing immediate, and so when i finished the bottle I didn’t repurchase it. Within days, I realized something was missing. Not insomnia exactly, but the deep sleep I had grown used to had evaporated. I returned to the supplement, and with it came back those long, unbroken stretches of rest. Fatty15 is not marketed as a sleep aid, yet its subtle power lies there for me. It is rare to find a supplement that strengthens cells, supports mitochondria, and just might return you to the kind of sleep you thought was behind you. Sometimes the smallest capsule contains the most profound shift.

A good vegan source of pentadecanoic acid; but very expensive for what it is.
I took this (still take pentadecanoic acid) for a year and I think I felt some benefit. As an athlete on a plant based diet, I knew I was missing out on this one potential benefit of dairy and the data were decent. The product itself is fine. You get a pretty bottle and individual pouches that maintain freshness. After renewing a few times, I found myself wondering why I was paying so much for a non-proprietary chemical at a fairly low dose 100 mg daily? Many sources suggest 200 mg daily would be better than 100 mg, but that would be prohibitive. At first it was hard to find a plant-based source of this (or at least not milk-based source), but ultimately I did find a reputable supplier in the UK that sold me 200g for about the cost of three months. Plus some fairly expensive shipping. A third-party lab provided the chromatography results for this, and I was confronted by a big bag of crystallin powder. Let me put 200 grams of pentadecanoic acid into perspective. That is 2000 tablets of Fatty 15. Much more than I needed, but my goal was 200 mg/d so really only 1000 doses. The powder is stable at room temperature for 2 years. I made my own 200 mg capsules (I can make about 50 of these/hour while drinking my coffee in the morning, using vegan gelatin capsules). I could do it faster, but I insist on weighing them at 200 mg. I'm not sure why. Honestly it's not onerous to make them. Kind of therapeutic itself. I don't see a difference in how I feel or any side effects. The capsules I make look very pretty in the fancy bottle that I still have. But now I can fill it completely to the top and keep it full. I keep checking back because it would make sense that this supplement would be available competitively from others, or that fatty 15 would lower their price at some point. Surely they are buying this stuff by the kilogram at much lower prices than I am, and the packaging couldn't be a major issue. Condiments come in similar packs and are nearly free. But Fatty 15 seem very happy to make a 10x profit on this, and I guess I was happy to pay for it until I found an alternative that was less painful. I am baffled as to why a Chinese manufacturer hasn't stepped up to do this for 1/20th of the price, but so far I have not found that. So really, my only complaint is the price. The product is good, convenient and nice enough. No side effects that I can tell, no unpleasant taste or odor. Just 10x as expensive as it should be.

Waited on this review just to see that it actually works
I am 67 years old and been taking almost a month. I do open the capsule up every morning and put powder in my mouth with a good glass of water. Don't like plastic going in my system. Anyway product is effective for me at least no side effects, most of joint pain has gone. Seen improvements in my skin and energy level, definitely sleep better! Size is small but since I open the capsule it doesn't matter. Simple to use after I take it with water, I take my vitamin liquid that way I know everything is being absorbed! It is pricey and I definitely don't like that they want you to have a subscription which I won't. Yet I will probably pay the full price to keep using it because the benefits for me are there!

WARNING! You’ll spend A LOT of money that NO MATTER WHAT you can’t get back!
Good news/bad news. I only opened 1 packet of the 3 to be placed in the inclosed bottle. The first two days on them suppressed my appetite so well that I could have gone all day without eating, which was great because I would like to lose about fifteen pounds, but starting the third day I experienced a headache. I didn’t take these supplements while taking other medications so there was nothing I could think of that it might clash with, but I wanted to be sure so I continued taking one a day and the headaches continued with or without food. The headaches got so bad that there are 22 of 30 left because I just couldn’t continue taking them so this turned out to be a waste of money for me, NO REFUNDS HONORED HERE!
