Jam
The 5.56 rifle version of this product causes a feeding jam almost every round, and have to be cleared - the plastic tips create friction and do not allow action. Do not recommend for rifles.

Good product with excellent service
223 dummy rounds worked well during dry fire session until one orange tip snapped off. I contacted the company since they were still under warranty. They promptly sent me a replacement and included additional orange tips. Good product with excellent customer service!

The Best There Is!!
These are definitely some high quality dummy rounds. They are weighted nicely and I bought two packs (20 rounds) to primarily work malfunction drills with my AR on the range and in dry fire practice. Type 3 malfunctions, double feeds, can do some damage especially to the tips of the rounds. After denting and gouging several of the rounds I thought they would no longer be useful until I noticed that the tips screw off! I emailed the company and asked if I could purchase more and they insisted on just sending me 20!!! new tips - no cost at all to me! They not only came in a timely fashion but Gordon checking in with me to let me know the progress of the package and then followed up to make sure I was happy when they arrived. All I can say is this is an outstanding product and outstanding customer service? The best there is!

Kept jamming
They looked really good but unfortunately, they kept jamming on my AR15 even after cleaning. Pricing wasn't too bad so it may work for someone else even though it didn't work for me.

Great for dry fire practice
Great functional snap caps. Exact size of real shells. Realistic weight and feel. Safe way to practice dry fire. They have soft rubber backing to protect your mechanical parts from damage, and they’re also replaceable. It comes with replacements and a tool to help remove the old ones, so it’s a great value for your money.
