Next best thing to a new roof
Predictable messy but managed easily with a roller. Covered well and evenly. Not cheap but much cheaper than replacing the roof. I'm hoping it will be good for a few more years now

No more leaks
Used this on a very leaky corrugated garage roof, no more leaks. Fantastic product. Planning on using this on my flat roof extension.

Did the trick
I purchased this to fix a leak in my son's flat roof. We couldn't find there the roof was leaking and after trying to seal the edges of the felt it was still leaking so we decided to paint the whole roof. The price of the product was cheaper than a lot of products but the reviews seemed good so we gave it a go. The paint was easy to apply although its pretty thick. It's rained a few times now and it looks like the leak has been fixed. Only time will tell but so far so good

Covered concrete flat roof to seal it does exactly what it says great product worth the price coverage better than expected so applied more coats. Does have a strong odour

Did the job
My workshop roof sprang a leak, for love nor money could I get someone to come out and replace the roof quickly. A coat of this stuff and after a downpour we seem to be waterproof again. No ideal how long it will last but it saved my tools from rusting. Quite easy to apply with a tar brush, the whole job was done in 1.5 hours, it looks very good fair play
