This playpen is absolutely not safe! It is so light, my 7 month old baby can easily kick it and move it around. What is the idea of having this fence when it can harm the baby even more?

We did run into a small issue after receiving our order, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it right away. That kind of support makes such a difference when buying baby gear. One thing to note: the playpen can slide a bit on hard floors like wood or vinyl, but placing it on a rug or play mat helps the felt pads grip much better. Amazing product, and even better customer service. High quality construction, and very easy to assemble. Also very simple to adjust the size and shape of the overall enclosure. The wood is thoughtfully constructed with no signs of wood splinters or rough patches. The hinges have multiple set angles that lock into place, from 360 degrees one side to 90 degrees the other side. The weight is also just right, light enough to collapse with one person. Also, customer service was top notch. I asked for an additional panel which is normally sold separately and they sent me one free of charge!

This is a truly sturdy and nice playpen, locks easily, baby loves to play with all the activity items that come with it! The colors are really nice and aesthetic. I've received many compliments on our set up! You can configure it however you like, we ended up buying two of these as the size was slightly smaller than the dimensions provided.
