Just received two units. Let me tell you straight- this is a lot of quality for the price. Installation and instructions are great and much appreciated! Some users complained about the integrated wiring thru the support posts. On the first assembly, I had no problem as I was paying close attention as people indicated it was problematic. On the second unit install, I did encounter the trouble… but the solution is simple. Don’t try to screw the pole all the way down, just leave it loose the other three supports will keep everything stable!!! Trust me, the design allows for a Little wiggle room. Now, here’s another tip: Don’t toss any packaging materials (they are useful). As you remove the packaging tape from the tray lids SAVE IT ALL. You can use that tape for the power cord to keep it neat. You can also use it to secure the tray cables and keep them neat as well (see pics). As for the foam, I used it to cut pod size holes to use as a temporary holder to transfer plants when I’m cleaning the trays. Again I included a picture. I haven’t used the system yet as I just completed installation. I will update this review once I’ve had a chance to analyze performance. But honestly, I’ve got several systems and this one is pretty cool and great looking. So much easier to clean either way the smaller trays that just unplug and go right to the sink!!! Well done Groweer - the internal fans are a nice bonus too!!!!

This is a very nice product. It looks awesome in my place, and it can be used as a side table or small coffe table as well. The system works nice. In a very short time, my plants have hot to a nice size. Everything works nice and very happy with the product.

Really happy with this. I wanted to try hydroponics and given the lettuce situation it seems like a good time to do it. It was pretty easy to put together following the included instructions. Lettuce is sprouting quickly and I have salads again. I've also got a cucumber and parsley going, but they aren't producing yet as they're just starting. I've added more lettuce (I love salads) and a kale and am waiting for them to sprout. Haven't had any luck with my tries at spinach but my house is likely too warm and it thinks it's summer (which it is) so I'm trying again with the seeds kept cooler until they sprout. If they do sprout I'll move them into the Hydroeasy to grow. Overall, really happy with my purchase. Easy to put together, looks beautiful on my kitchen island, and it's giving me lettuce.

This is a good system as an introduction to simple hydroponics. This is a wick system where the sponges absorb the water and nutrients from the reservoir. There is a pump in the reservoir that recirculates the water but does not specifically aerate the roots. I like that this has 4 independent tanks to accommodate different types of plants. Each of the levels can have a different lighting program. There are a few options. You cannot program the start and end times. You need to activate the lights at the time you want them on and they lights will follow the selected program on a 24 hours clock afterwards. The unit is attractive for use in a home. There is no way to monitor the water in the tanks, a gauge would be nice to have. Easy to assemble with video. I love this system. I’ve been making a gallon bag of lettuce twice a week from 1 section alone. I staggered planting, and now have Kale, Bok choy, and red romaine coming up. Incredible system for the price! Just look at the pictures.
