These are my morning goto or on the go snack. One of the highest items in my rotation for quick/grab and go items. This is my favorite flavor of the munk packs, but peanut butter is a great second place. Decent macros and quality ingredients. I have purchased over 9 boxes now. Love munk packs!

Great tasting snack. NO SUGAR!
These are delicious! Great breakfast bar or snack. NO SUGAR. Monk fruit. It does NOT raise my blood sugar! After finding these and other items with monk fruit and Stevia, my AC1 went from 6.8 to 6.3!

Sweet no after taste
Taste really good. Just like oatmeal with maple syrup. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste. But I like them.

Foul-tasting breakfast bars
The three boxes of Munk Pack cinnamon rolls breakfast bars I just received are awful. They have no cinnamon taste ant all—just a really off-putting taste. The reviews for these were good and other Munk Pack products have been enjoyable. This leads me to think that this must have come from a bad batch. Since Amazon won’t take them back, they will have to be thrown away, meabpning that I will have to eat their cost rather than eating them for breakfast.

Great for your gut not for the tongue
These are chock full of things that are good for you they've got probiotics and prebiotic fiber which is good for your gut health. It also has a decent amount of protein which is good that you needed that to make you feel full and satiate you throughout the day. But they have a nasty aftertaste which is why I didn't really care for these bars.

Best protein bar ever!
I absolutely love this bar! The taste is amazing and it provides sustained energy and satiety for a busy lifestyle. I'm also very pleased with the macro ratio and the low calorie content compared to other bars. The fact that it also contains probiotics is just icing on the cake for me. 💯% Satified!
