Works perfectly, plenty of range for our application, no fuss setup. No setup really, just left it at default settings!

Small But Effective
About half the size expected but no issues with signal at around 100 feet and multiple walls. I would have preferred a bit larger size with larger buttons (ergo, 4 stars instead of 5) but this will do. I also appreciate the Monitor function.

Poor performance
I bought from this manufacturer the first time in 2020 and the product worked good. However this product falls short compared to the older product. Does not reach into the bedrooms across the house and we have a 3,000 ft home.

Odd use -- dog training.
Our children each got a dog. The dog crates are on the first floor. Our children's bedrooms are on the second floor. We use these as a way for our children to monitor the dogs at night. They put it on monitor and can hear of the dogs need to go out at night. I've also found myself using it to call for my kids when they are in their rooms vs using our phones.

Not what I expected
Received Hosmart wireless intercom Pro. The delivery was good, the product was not. Set up the 3 intercoms in different rooms, the product instructions were not clear, and was having a difficult time with the volume. We just could not hear it like an issue with the volume. Contacting customer service was a long process, and the response was not helpful, still couldn’t get the volume up, so tried again, days went by, so I asked for a refund, which I did get, then got the response. Poor customer service, and product design.

Beware of packaging.
Box was completely ripped open in the package. No instruction booklet anything. What did I get a used one when I paid for a new one. Not happy

Tardó la devolución un poco pero al final no hubo problema lamentablemente no alcanzo el rango debido a las paredes supongo fueron muchas para el equipo ya que el 3cer comunicador no funciono se intercalo y creo fue interferencia de muros o algo asi

Seems OK for our outside annexe about 100 ft from the house. Range gets considerably restricted if there are windows
