I like this version of D3. Now, I don’t know if it’s working, but it’s VERY easy to take. You just put one of the tiny pellets under your tongue and it melts. Very convenient and very easy. There is no having to worry if the pills are too big and it doesn’t upset your stomach like some vitamins can.

Thank you for the reasonable container to hold your Vitamins! Every company should do this and think of the plastic we’d save! Companies - and store (shelves) - need to be more environmentally friendly! These tablets compared to the 5000iu 90 ct huge container next to this product in the photo took forever to dissolve and my Vit D has been falling. I have gut absorption issues so it’s critical for me. I can get more quicker with these. I will update if I see a rise in my bloodwork. I live in Phoenix and run from the sun a lot! It’s hot! Doesn’t help! 🤷‍♀️

Best vitamin D -actually boosts the levels inland and you feel better too. I’ve purchased probably 20+ bottles of the 10,000 units strength. I take more October- April.
