Easy to use home workout vibration plate. It comes fully assembled with a remote and 2 resistance bands. This fitness platform has 240 adjustable speeds and has a weight limit of 330 pounds I have been using it for over 3 weeks now and notice a decrease in chronic sciatica pain and stiffness. I am committed to using this daily to improve my circulation and pain relief.

Rattles really loud after a while
It was good for the first few months with occasional use, but now it rattles extremely loud. Unfortunately I’m way past the return window but for $100 I would’ve expected a product that works effectively
