Ok so this is coming from the queen of dulcalax. Unfortunately I can't do a no2 myself without help so every other day I prepare for battle. I always make sure I'm going nowhere once I swallow arnie in a bottle. When my bottom decides to go to war with the toilet I make sure I have 3 things 1....soft and strong toilet roll 2....wet wipes 3....a nappy So after quite a few hours my stomach sounds Reagan from the exercist is fighting her way around my gut and then oh no...TOILET NOW!!! The cramps are painful, the noise my gut is making sounds like my organs are at war. The sweating is like your ass is iceskating on the rim and now the fun is about to start. Well the only way I can describe it is hot larvae whilst your rusty bullet hole resembles the Japanese flag. Once you have emptied half of your body weight down the pan you find yourself worried that's not the only thing down there and I find myself rummaging around for my kidneys and spleen. I'm pretty sure at 1 point I seen a bit of kidney down there too that's how powerful this stuff is. So if you are constipated then this is the daddy max, its powerful and moves everything out including your organs. I suggest wearing a nappy pad in bed as this can work without warning but it certainly does it's job.

A trusted and reliable product that does exactly what it says. It works effectively overnight and is gentle enough to not cause too much discomfort. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and the packaging is clear with good dosage instructions. A good product to keep in the medicine cabinet for when you need it.

Works well I’d recommend taking in the morning rather than at night as it didn’t work at night for me, I got stomach pain at night and went to the toilet 😂but the pain didn’t last long, the pain is worth it as I feel relieved.

These are perfect and better than some others

I can assure you, it works. My toilet hasn't seen this much action before. Also, only take one... really. I had to get off the tube before my stop and had to unleash in the toilets. Anyway, very small tablet, very easy to swallow. Doesn't taste of anything. Works everytime.

All pills were dessicated and crumbled when I tried to take them. Wasted batch after years of no problems.

This product is helpful when for a reason help is needed. I found it a reliable overnight help for occasional use. It is effective without drama and not expensive. Drink some water as well. The pills are very small to take and one is enough I found.h

…but it’s worth it. I had to get something to help me out after being on a long course of medication that caused a bit of a back-log. My stomach was cramping a lot, very sore and uncomfortable, so I got onto Google to find something and that’s what I found these little monsters. I have to admit that I was slightly terrified after reading these reviews and did think twice about ordering them but I did it anyway. I left it to a Friday night to try them out, mostly because of all the reviews saying you need some time once it hits and thank the lord I did. Friday around 10pm I took it and within two hours, I could feel a slight niggling in my stomach but off to bed I went. The cramps woke me up at 6am. It had arrived. It was sore. Over and over, fart after fart, the cramps kept coming. I had zero plans so I lay in my bed and went with it until it was time. It wasn’t pretty. Two sweaty smelly hours later it was time and the floodgates opened. My bathroom is about 10 steps away from my bed but when the feeling came across me, I thought I wouldn’t make it - thank god I was still in my boxers for easy access. It started off pretty solid and I thought I had got off lightly even though the cramps were insane but once you start, it just keeps coming and coming. The solidness leaves and the liquid arrives. The smell is horrendous. The heat is horrendous. The pain is horrendous. I never knew you could have so much liquid in you! About 20mins of the best fun I’ve ever had, it was over and boy did I feel better. The pain goes, the hard stomach goes. I think the porcelain lining of my toilet even disappeared! They really do work. Who knew such power could come from something so small. They definitely sort you out, but don’t make any plans for 12 hours after you take it and definitely don’t take it if you have work the next day. Will 100% use again if I feel I have to. I’ll just know what to expect this time.
