Blueprint by Bryan Johnson Longevity Protein (Original)

I’m genuinely obsessed with this. When I mix it with a splash of creamy oat or nut milk + 1 tbsp early harvest EVOO, it turns into this silky, earthy pudding. add a handful of macadamia or Brazil nuts and it becomes rich, buttery, and perfectly satisfying. It has no added sugar or artificial junk, which I really appreciate. + keeps me full as a breakfast If someone is used to overly sweet, processed foods, I can see why it might taste different at first if added too much liquid or smt.

This is probably one of the better vegan protein powder we've ever had and we've tried SO many other ones. It's well worth the $$. This one also has straight clean ingredients and wont mess up your stomach either like others have. It blends easily with a protien shaker, and the consistency is smooth, and velvety. Not chunky or grainy at all. Again, well worth the money. The bag is bigger, and lasts longer than you'd expect.

This is the worst tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. In order to drink the recommended daily protein amount you would have to gag your way through by drinking it throughout the day-I couldn’t drink it all at once- with the sensation you were being tortured and also with the sinking feeling you’d been ripped off and manipulated into believing this powder will help you. What good is something that is so nauseating you feel like you might vomit. Save yourself some time, energy and money and don’t buy this crap. I’ll never buy any product from that guy’s company ever again. Come on get real if something tastes this bad you better work on the flavor before trying to sell it. It’s not healthy when the body rejects something to this degree. Yuch!!!

I was very surprised by the almost total lack of sweetness and very mild chocolate flavor. That said, I find most protein powders too sweet, so I sweeten this myself and I also add additional cocoa powder for flavor. The mixture mixes instantly in my blender. I justify the expense of the product because I trust the ingredients to be pure and effective, thanks to the research and testing that go into Blueprint products. Overall, I am very satisfied and plan to continue taking it daily after my morning workout.

Sure it might not taste the best but it makes you feel the best.

Great everything, we mix it with kefir or oatmeal. Good taste and texture. Highly recommend.

Recommend try this to see if you like it. The taste may not be for everyone. Sorry Brian, I unfortunately don't like the taste. I'm not sure how to describe the taste... I think kinda like spoil milk. There is also a little bit of a gritty texture. I tried it with water which was terrible. Then i read to see if there is anything you recommend mixing it with. So i tried almond milk and oat milk. It was definitely better but still had an odd taste.

Just had my first serving of the new protein blend earlier today. It's quite gritty. It doesn't have much of a taste, at all. It is not nearly as digestible as Nutty Pudding. Nutty Pudding (which has been a daily meal for nearly six months - an easy 5-stars) is much better than this 'new' mix in its consistency, flavor and digestability. Frankly, I'm amazed that this was rolled out without more consumer testing; it's not even a shadow of the former formula. Bring back my Nutty Pudding!

Good quality product. Relatively more expensive than other alternatives.
