Was 180.6 went down to 154.8 took 1 pill daily drinking a tremendous amount of water , have a exercise bike , and ab machine from Amazon, work out 30 mins after work... no work out Saturday and Sunday... I am naturally obsessed with Salad so I threw out rice, Mac and cheese, and potatoes of any kind. After hitting 49 I started noticing that I was getting a lot of extra inches in the bosoms and the hip area. Soon the belly fat started to come on despite my diet. Also I was fatigued and muddled. Lastly, 200mg of Caffeine is right in the middle of the bar park of not being TOO MUCH or TOO LITTLE. Great place to place the Caffeine, because the last thing I want to feel is being jittery or sick to my stomach for the next couple hours. For a month worth of the product you can find it for about $25.00, which I find to be a very reasonable price for the quality of the product! In closing, this product is for serious people only! After six months of using the Hydroxy (Classic red/silver box, 2 capsules a day total, at breakfast), I've come to the conclusion that I love it. Being six-foot-one and relatively overweight since highschool (220-230lbs in youth, and 252lbs by age 35 in September of 2017), the body becomes 'stubborn' or used to being a certain weight after so many years, on/off dieting and a few gym subscriptions did very little for me.
