I bought the full kit, bottle with pump, ear basin and pack of extra tips. It arrived well within time and in good condition. It was despatched same day as the order. For what you get it is quite expensive but it works very well indeed. The pump delivers a good volume per squeeze of the trigger at fairly low pressure as the nozzle tip opening is wide enough to allow that. The nozzle tips are very well designed with ends consisting of a long and very soft and very flexible tube. Because of that insertion in the ear is very gentle and easy. Any excess pressure you try to exert results in the the nozzle tube bending and no excess pressure can be transmitted to the ear. The design is quite clever. I used it on myself and found that I didn't need the ear basin as it was easier just to hold my head over the sink and in that way one handed operation of the pump was easy. My ears showed no external visible signs of wax and on first use of the pump very little solid matter washed out. Then I had a second go and was shocked at what came from deep in the ears. It had been softened by the first use. My hearing is much improved as I can see from the lower volume settings on my TV and radio. I intend to use the washer on my wife who is very disabled and for her the ear basin is necessary as she is sitting in a chair. I am happy with the supplier and with the washer. It was expensive but the design is clever and it works very well and is comfortable to use.The supplier was HighTideHealth via Amazon. HighTideHealth emailed me just after the order was placed to check my address as it looked strange to them. I confirmed the address and the washer was posted the same day. I would buy from HighTideHealth again as they are careful with order processing.

I have not used this yet, but I just returned from an office visit where my doctor used the exact kit to unclog my wax plugged ear canal. I bought it to have on hand for the next time this occurs. Though a bit pricy, it is definitely less expensive than an office call. It works much better than the OTC bulb and peroxide type kit, and only requires warm water to clear ear canal.

I don't have any gross photos to post, as that is not my kind of ear wax. I have suffered for DECADES with itchy, peeling, ears that have a constant wet secretion that dries to very flaky peeling ear canal skin. Hydrogen peroxide only helps ease the itch momentarily, and has actually made my condition WORSE! I also have constant tinnitus, and very bad hearing and am constantly asking everyone to repeat themselves. Doctors after doctors and Rx after Rx, my MADDENLY itchy ears only got worse. Yesterday, I heard FOX news advertising a product for itchy flaky ears for people with ear pain and tinnitus as a result of ear wax I thought "WHAT!?!?!?? This misery could be from earwax?!?!?" I was so excited for a possible even slight relief from any part of this misery, that I failed to get the correct name of the product to order it. However, I am a Prime Amazon member, and I immediately looked up early wax, and a plethora of products appeared. I saw the Rhino Ear Wash, and read the most amazing reviews as well as many precautions, and I took to heart the advise of those who had good results, and repeated only what the successful people did. One thing that was consistent of many people with amazing results, was to soften the ear wax with drops from 30 minutes to 3 days with several applications PRIOR TO flushing the ears. In my exuberance to order the Rhino, I failed to include the ear drops, so I found some at a health food store, and used the drops last night while anxiously awaiting today's delivery. I used the drops several more times today, and them my order arrived. They actually sent me the Elephant Ear Wash by mistake, but I didn't care, as by now I had read all of the positive reviews for both products and was cautiously EXCITED about seeing if it could help in any way, ANY way. One consistent piece of good info repeated by many happy reviewers, was that it could take SEVERAL DAYS and SEVERAL BOTTLES, with WARM water to begin to achieve results, following earwax drops. These happy reviewers, oftentimes included some pretty amazing, albeit gross photos to show their results. In the meantime, the drops alone were doing something, but my ears still felt very full, VERY itchy, and my ears hearing actually felt worse... BUT I had read many reviews that stated this could happen as a result of the earwax melting and capping the eardrum, and I was delightfully excited that I was onto something. I filled the bottle with very WARM water alone, as I failed to purchase the recommended hydrogen peroxide for a 25% HP mix to 75% H2O, and I also wanted to see what just the warm water would do. I have now used it just once, and not even the whole bottle and just over the sink since I only have two hands and my hand that wasn't operating the Elephant wash was busy pulling my hair back. As I do not believe that I have the chunky yellow earwax (actually I didn't even know that I even had ear.wax), I didn't see anything gross in the sink. I started very gently and the very warm, well shy of hot water, which felt SO good irrigating deep in my ear, that I soon went to town flushing away at different angles.at.a slow BUT full trigger pull. It became clear how to proceed after a few pulls on the pump. So after one use, I am a happy camper. I can still feel that there is more to do, so I will have another go tonight with not hot water, but as warm as I can tolerate, since that evidently is very important. The relief in my ear is a sense of peace and the maddening itch is down. I actually have had to tell people to are used to speaking loudly to me to lower their voice!!! I turned the TV on to check out my hearing. So, one use for me, with LOTS of ear wax drops and very warm water did some very good work. I am aware that there is more to do, as the itch level has gone from a 10 to a 3. My hearing is much better, although not as sharp as my other ear. I am looking forward to doing my right ear AND repeating the left. My left ear is MUCH worse than the right ear, although the symptoms are in both. A consistent comment is the price of this item. For the results that I have had, I have NO complaints!!! I am THANKFUL for an amazing product, and I am giving it a standing ovation! Delivery was quick and I was able to track it.

I first saw a similar ear cleaning device during my daughter's doctor visit. She had ear wax in her ear and they flushed it out very quickly. A couple years later my younger daughter failed her ear test during a doctor's visit. They told me to put ear drops in her ear and come back. I remembered the Rhino Ear from researching. I immediately ordered the Rhino Ear Kit. It arrived in a few days. We used it on my daughter's ear and it was amazing how the packed ear wax quickly came out. It was painless and she actually thought it was fun. I line all the other kids up (4 in all, plus my husband) and washed their ears too. It is an amazing system and I'm so glad I purchased it. I wish I had bought it two years ago. Oh yes.....my daughter went back to doctor and passed her ear test without any trouble.

I used it on myself and I found it awkward to use. You need to have comfortably warm water to melt the wax out. Overall it works well. I have small hands and thought the trigger was large and awkward for me to use.
