I use it for 2 to 3 hour strength training, 2 scoops. Caffine dose is for real. without the ingredient that causes tingles and itchy skin. Focus is very solid.

Didn’t taste that great, nor did it have any effects for me. Steer 2 scoops, I could not return.

Real deal! Careful, though, my heart rate is hitting 140 when pushing heavy weights and 170 when hitting cardio. The kick is POWERFUL. I only use one scoop; two scoops is dangerous, but if you want to hit a PR, you will with this. Best of all, NO CAFFINE CRASH! Love this product.

Good pump slow recovery

Not bad but not great. Mixes well, Bombsickle is actually tasty. No blood or skin itch which is definitely a plus. The energy is consistent and will last through a few hours workout. Only problem is it doesnt do it for mental wake or awareness, which is my primary goal. Overall, fine product but there are better for same price.
