Product was delivered on schedule by UPS. Upon signing for the package, I did not notice or made aware of a fairly large hole (damage) on the outer box. The inner box had the same hole but fortunately, the notebook was undamaged and works very well so far.

Good laptop but needs better shipping box.
The laptop is exactly what I wanted. It is totally a business laptop. No frills just excellent for business use. Also good for personal use too. I am not a gamer or anything like that. This is perfect for me. The only issue I had was with the packaging it came in. The box was partially crushed. Luckily my laptop made it without being damaged. The seller needs to do a better job with shipping. Put the box within a bigger box that has more padding around it. I was lucky it wasn’t damaged.

Work Laptop…
I didn’t personally purchase this laptop but I was given it through work and for daily tasks it’s horrendous. Battery life is the worst only lasts 1-2 hours idling and under load forget it you might get 30 minutes at best. This definitely isn’t my preferred choice. HP used to be known for their excellent products but they’re slowly going downhill. Boot up time is so slow too! Like why does it take 5-10 minutes every morning for this thing to get ready?? Maybe the 16GB of RAM and the 512GB isn’t the best configuration so your usage may vary but I would never personally own one of these. Especially after using MacBook it’s like mowing with a zero turn once you switch you never wanna go back! But aside from that the build quality is decent it’s not too heavy and the screen size is perfect. I haven’t found the fingerprint sensor so I’m thinking that’s a gimmick. No place in the menu to set one up either. Maybe work decided we weren’t going to get that. But overall if you’re going to spend this kind of money you’re paying for the iron wolf security which can’t confirm or deny if it’s any good I know it slows this thing way down and eats that battery up! Anyway that’s my two cents happy shopping!
