Excellent quality, authentic Lindt chocolate
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent quality, slightly expensive, authentic Lindt chocolate with a great variety of flavours. Chocolates are small in size and individually wrapped, making for a perfect treat. Best part was that the chocolate did NOT arrive melted! Highly recommend.

Awfully bad delivery
Packet came in a thermocol box. However, after opening found that the chocolates inside had melted and was messy.. Surely it was not stored and delivered in a cold box .. Surely it was exposed to outside temperature of 35degC or more. This is a sad story for a great brand..

The material received is melted and not able to use. I want to return it. Please let me know the reason for supply of substandard chocolate.

The chocolates were delivered in great condition but there were only 2 months in their expiry, this material is near expiry, rest all ok
