Each night before bed two under my tongue and I can sleep without my nose acting up so I'm awake struggling to breath especially during pollen season - during winter months they are also a God send - I change my filters often but still the forced air heat pushes through dust that again taking these tiny tablets and I can sleep regardless of dust floating down from the heat register. Best of all unlike many sinus helping meds these do not interfere with sleep...
