This is delicious. It has much more curd and less liquid than normal cottage cheese, which makes it much better IMO. Zero stomach upset from eating it is also nice, of course!

Great for the lactose-intolerant
Only lactose-free cottage cheese at a reasonable price that I have found on the market. Flavor is creamy as expected, tastes just like full dairy cottage cheese.

Glad to find tasty lactose free low fat cottage cheese! We always had cottage cheese at home when I was a kid. Haven’t eaten it for years because afraid of more plaque in my arteries. Wish the cholesterol was less than 30 gm for 1/2 C so will eat only 1/4c and not every day. Had to get off soy since I am on FODMAP and also allergic to almonds. So glad to be able to eat some dairy again just not fatty food like ice cream.
