Soooo, I've been using this for a for a while maybe 3 months. I rub it into my scalp and I immediately saw baby hair growing. So I started using it twice a week even more. It works WELL! I also started using it on my 4 year old and 2 year old. Thier hair is growing and NOT FALLING OUT. The hair is definitely getting thicker and growing. Down side: Itching the first few time was CRAZY! I itched sooooooo hard. But I figured how to counter it. A few times I would mix the castor oil with peppermint oil and it stopped it. Now I don't have itching at all when I use ONLY THE CASTOR OIL. Smell, yes there is a smell. I don't like it but to me it smells like sesame oil. I tolerate it causeway works. After a while I don't even sense it.

Hair was falling out noticeably. Scalp was especially tender and borderline painful to touch. Soreness on scalp just moving the hair around. Castor is reputed for growing and thickening hair so I thought to buy this brand because the oil has not been boiled (to me equates to less structural alterations to the oil...comes closest to pure). I diluted CO with 2 other oils (hemp and argan) and saturated my roots only. Put on a plastic cap for over an hour. Washed and styled hair. Immediate relief of sore, painful scalp and noticeable less hair fall. As far as growth and thickness, that remains to be seen. I will return to post an update. In case you don't know, CO is a very sticky, tacky oil and can be difficult to wash out. It's much easier washed out if it is diluted with other oils.

Ordered this to help restore my hair to what it was before I lost a lot of it due to an allergic reaction to a medication. I'm of Cuban decent and have very curly hair. I have used it once a week for the last couple of months and not only has my hair regrow (even the pesky baby hairs!) but it's so much thicker, too. And I LOVE how my hair looks for a couple days after I use this product. Its so soft, shiney and everyone compliments my curls as they always seem to be more curly after I use this.

I’ve lost a lot of hair in a span of two weeks and found out about this product to prevent hair loss and stimulate regrowth. So far, using it for 2 weeks now i can say hair has stopped falling...And in a few more weeks I will update my review to include my experience about regrowth. I only wish the bottle would have come with a dropper cap for easier application, but that’s a minor issue.

Product has a smoky smell and is rather oily. Hard to wash out of hair. Too early to tell if it’s working as it was described

So far I’ve only used this once and I’m in love! It smells fabulous, is a nice thick consistency so makes you feel like you’re actually applying something good to your hair, and the next day my hair felt incredibly soft and conditioned! Can’t wait to see how it works over time!
