Six years ago I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. Since that time I still have trouble with my short term memory, and I have headaches daily which change in intensity. I have seen a neuro psych and a chronic pain therapist who both suggest that I keep a journal. That my life requires more planning than it used to. I have tried several planners, I prefer planners that have an hour by hour option for planning my day. It helps me get to where I need to get to. In addition to an hour by hour setup, I need to see the whole month it helps me to visualize when things are. I might not remember what day my dentist appointment is, but I will remember that it is a Wednesday. (It just helps for visualizing and remembering.) I like the week by week section, each week, I can take a few minutes to figure out the highlights for the week so I don't miss something important. Each daily page has a place for your daily habit, exercises, daily affirmation, what you are grateful for, why today will be great, today's priorities, to dos, schedule, notes, and end of day review for today's wins and how you will improve. Every night since my kids were little I asked them to name three things they were grateful for every day before bed and three things they really enjoyed from the day. Sometimes negative things can overwhelm good things, and when you stop seeing and appreciating the good things you just generate bad. I also think a grateful heart is a happy heart, even if the only thing my kids and I could be grateful for that that day was a juicy Apple, at least we had that. I like the grateful part in the morning, it sets up your day, but I would also add one at the end, in case you derailed somewhere along the day. This planner keeps me super organized, and keeps me positive. One thing they tell those of us with chronic pain, is that we should learn to meditate, to keep us in working order. I find it so much easier to meditate when my day is out of my head and on paper, otherwise when I would meditate I was afraid I would lose my day's schedule.

I appreciate the heavyweight paper, easy to write on & I am dependent on my panda planner already. The end of day review section is brilliant, so no loose ends, and improves flow, my mood. I am thrilled w this investment & I love my new go-to day planner. It tames my busy, chaotic schedule, and reminds me of all the blessings, and good things in my life. The top of each daily page begins with three numbered lines to write what " I'm grateful for.." ( living in abundance and a state of appreciation- nice:) Then " I'm excited about ..." section, a • Focus• box, and thankfully they did not leave out crucial • exercise• section. . love the signature cute panda 🐼 logo embossed on cover is a unique enhancement, I have never used anything as effective, and look forward to daily planning w pandaplanner. I loooove to write w my pen, and make lists, prioritize in writing. Everything seems to default to our smartphones or iPad calendars & apps, but I like to unplug and start my mornings off with this gem, end my day with its "End Of Day Review". Der Planer war für die Lieferung nicht gut verpackt, als ich ihn öffnete, war er zerdrückt und gequetscht. Bei einer so teuren Zeitschrift erwartet man, dass sich der Verkäufer um die Lieferung kümmert.

I love this planner. I've never bought anything like it before but I now spend a few minutes at the start of the day getting organised and love the format, which helps me both look ahead to what I need to do and reflect on what I have already achieved/ lessons learnt. The latter has been particularly useful during Lockdown, as we all seek to hang on to our mental health!

Another quality product from Smart Panda. I bought this to help plan for my retirement and set some daily, weekly and monthly goals. I particularly like the section for reflection and mindfulness to help maintain my physical and emotional wellbeing. It is so versatile, especially since it is undated so doesn’t matter when you start to plan your future adventures etc. Because you’re not going to be wasting a portion of your diary. Great for project and vacation planning.

I used to use the 3monthly version and was upset to not be able to get it. I've taken to this 6month one like a duck to water - it suits me very well! I'm only disappointed I couldn't get it in the bright pink 😔. Maybe next time! Highly recommended planner.
