Great Device!
I was blessed enough to catch this deal, when I did. I bought this device at an extremely good price and I appreciate it. The device is in seemingly good shape and all accessories came with it.

Fast delivery
Hello, The product was delivered on May 18th, two days early. The delivery service was excellent, thank you. Everything arrived in good condition and works perfectly. I updated to Windows 11 version 25H2. Everything is smooth, the display is excellent, and the images on the screen are beautiful. I've never experienced such quality before. Thank you to the manufacturer and to Amazon. Well done!

This was a great device. One of the best. I did return it because I needed a bigger screen, but I will be purchasing it again soon.

Beautifully engineered and lightweight hardware held back by consumer-hostile feature cuts
This is the second Microsoft Surface 2-in-1 tablet/ultra-light laptop that I have purchased through Amazon, though I have purchased many Surface "Go" laptops direct from Microsoft over the years. Everything about this device -except for the operating system - is super high-quality. It weighs almost nothing, no more than a literal paper notebook, and handles 90% of all of my computing needs. It is literally my main daily device, except for high-end gaming and local AI workloads, which I reserve for another machine that I often just remote into using this one. However, I have several important complaints about this generation, having been spoiled by my earlier Surface devices that featured a micro-SD card slot. WHY would you punish customers by not allowing them to have secondary storage? On my old device, I could pop a 2TB micro-SD card in there to hold my entire archive of old photos, documents, and videos. The lack of this feature forces me to rely on a network backup device or deal with cumbersome external hard drives. Furthermore, even though this runs on a Qualcomm chip, for some insane reason it doesn't allow you to insert a SIM card for mobile internet. The removal of these once-standard features is pretty consumer-hostile, and I don't understand why they are cutting these corners. Finally, Windows has become a bloated, spyware-infected behemoth. Despite being an MCSE with literal decades of expertise in Windows, the first thing I do with any new device is wipe it and install Linux - it’s faster, has zero phone-home telemetry, eliminates mystery background processes, and gets more out of every spec. But ALAS, support for these ARM-based Surface devices is completely non-existent in Linux. I usually figure when I purchase new hardware that the open-source community will eventually catch up, but that hasn't been the case here. I have been trying and hoping for over a year now, and I haven't been able to get anything like Ubuntu to even boot. If you buy this device, you are absolutely locked into Windows. These Snapdragon processors feel like a bit of an evolutionary dead end, and even Microsoft hasn't updated the line. Verdict: Beautifully engineered and incredibly lightweight hardware, but majorly held back by consumer-hostile feature cuts and total incompatibility with Linux.
