Soooo glad I gave this a try! My baby is EBF and while I was a “just enougher” when pumping, she began to eat more and I wasn’t able to keep up. I was coming up just a few ounces short of her needs. I read all the reviews about brewers yeast and these particular supplements and decided to give it a try. My baby has severe reflux and a very, very sensitive tummy and so do I. We have not had any tummy troubles at all! I use a pump log app to track my pumps. Before these supplements, I pumped 29 ounces. After, I pumped 36. As you can see, I pumped (almost) the same amount of minutes in each screenshot. I also drink a lot of bodyarmor throughout the day to stay hydrated. The combo has been amazing for my supply. Definitely worth trying.

The best Brewers yeast on the market at this point of course is Lewis Labs, it comes in a powder form and taste great, but when you don't have time to mix it or are in a hurry, these Brewers yeast tabs are the next best thing. And F. Y. I. I have this on a subscription, helps with my milk supply! I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night and it helps so much. I can tell when I forget to that it at night because I can go all night and not feel like I’m going to explode but when I do take it. I have to pump in the middle of the night. I’m trying to build a stash so I love it. They are a little chalky but it doesn’t bother me. The size is normal wash to swollen. Taste plain! Very effective!

So much easier to take than the powder, I notice a 2oz difference. It does taste like what dog food smells like, but worth it

Can't find a whole food. Bourgeist easily anymore and this brand seems to be a good quality and I like that I can get it on Amazon

I can't attest to if these work to improve production of breastmilk since I was taking several different supplements at the same time. However, I can say that these gave me crazy heartburn once I added these to my regimen. I wanted to love them, but the negative symptoms outweighed the possible benefits. The pills are somewhat large, and are bitter tasting. I will say they were reasonably priced, and perhaps they work for others, just not for me.

Yo quería polvo. Pastillas no son efectivos. Por ejemplo, tres pastillas (1950 mg) que es la porción recomendado, solo llevan .1 mg de vitamina b1 y b2, .7 mg de b3, etc. No tienen casi nada de nutrients. O puedes tomar la botella completa... :P
