If you are sick now -please read this !!!!
This is not some tasty chicken soup for eating -this is chicken broth that has no salt. If you are on a sodium-free diet or need to sip broth because you are fighting to be well, I urge to get this or some other organic chicken broth or organic bone broth (beef or chicken but organic and preferably not canned but definitely organic is better or at least free-range). I highly recommend this brand and the price was good. I am not OK but feeling much, much better than a couple of days ago when my chest was being full-on assaulted like something I never experienced in my life (pain of 9/10) and I thought I would not be here today. I just want to share what I did in case it benefits others (although everyone is different) and tell what I am doing now (including taking this 365 organic chicken broth)... When I felt my worst two days ago... I boiled a pot of water with an entire piece of fresh ginger (if you have fresh turmeric which I didn't, you can add a small piece to that)... boiled it down to about 1/2 or less to concentrate the ginger water and then steamed over it and drank a half cup of it -do not add any sugar and if you are sick now do not eat anything with sugar and absolutely no dairy (maybe a tiny bit butter if you have toast). I can not stress enough not to eat anything with sugar and avoid all processed foods until you are well -if you are sick, it is like giving fuel to your illness. Besides steaming over the pot of ginger water and drinking a little (btw, keep your ginger water covered and keep adding water to it and boil it before drinking -you can keep it several days and stretch using that one piece of ginger for all it's worth before throwing it out and starting with another fresh piece, which may be hard to come by at this difficult time). I ate three cloves of raw garlic all at once and drank a huge swig of pure organic lemon juice for a massive dose of vitamin C. You probably won't have that lemon juice but if you have fresh lemons, add a little to the ginger water. Do not take concentrated lemon juice if you are sick -it has preservatives that may not be good for you right now -keep your body free of all preservatives... maybe limit processed food to just bread/toast for a few days. If you have vitamin C and are seriously unwell now... please take a huge amount... like 5x the daily dose -your body will pee out the excess. So, I took that pure lemon juice for vitamin C and the raw garlic. I went to the hospital for a day and now I'm out -awaiting test results like many of you while not going out at all (and I had not been going out for two weeks before becoming sick except once or twice to get food). I am trying not to eat much. For dinner last night and breakfast now, I am just eating bread/toast with a tiny bit of butter and taking this chicken broth. I pour half a cup of this product and half of my concentrated ginger water -heat 2 minutes in the microwave and cut tiny pieces of raw ginger and throw in after microwaving and while it's cooling down. Sip this and chew the tiny pieces of raw garlic you put in it. I added a few drops of Tabasco (you can use hot sauce) for a kick of flavor and the Tabasco has some salt in it... try not to add much salt to your broth. Eat one or two light meals. If you are experiencing an upset tummy and are in the bathroom too much, add a little rice to your broth. My husband is playing Louise Hay affirmations from YouTube now -I think whatever you believe, listen to or watch only positive things and think good thoughts. Pray and/or meditate, according to your personal beliefs for yourself and others. It is important not to be scared and help your body to fight to be better. I am thinking and praying for all of you. You are well. Be well. You are strong, healthy, and well. I am diabetic, morbidly obese, have asthma, and possibly heart issues (was tested in the hospital) -if I can be well now, you can too. Be strong. You are well.

Not bad...you can add your own flavor.
Not super strong broth taste but not bad. Real homemade broth is almost too strong, but I would buy this again.

Adds Flavor
When you don't need extra salt in your recipe this box of broth is quicker than a can and is shelf stable. Broth adds flavor to rice and is a great starter for soup, chicken pot pies, and gravies.
