The sound quality and performance have been very good, and I have been using it for over a year without any issues. Recently, the microphone sponge was damaged by a rat. They arranged a replacement sponge, and I also ordered a wired headset from them, which is working perfectly. I am very satisfied with both the product and the after-sales service. Worked till 10 months or so. Then the battery of the mic completely died. Now after 12 months the warranty is also over. And the mic lasts for less than 10 mins on a charge.

The product is good and functioning well. I hope it continues to do so for a long period of time. It is easy to use. Also the customer support service is prompt and they cleared my doubts. Overall good experience. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

The Wireless microphone is not working. I attempted to charge it with different mediums but still it's not getting switched on until and unless it is connected to a charger. It's only working when connected to a charger, then the sound quality is working in a good condition. The product is not bad at all but I do have issues with the wireless mic. What's the point of being a wireless? I ordered for a replacement, let's see if this time I get a proper product or not.
