Science based lifting
amazing product, works well, easy to use, perfect length and comfort is top tier. The design is good and i like how there’s a D ring that is useful for many exercises such as a tricep extension single arm and a low to high fly. Worth it.

Fun cable accessory that can do uneak movements
jThese straps have the added versatility of doing some cable movements other styles cannot. They fit nicely on my wrist & take grip out of the picture. These are especially nice with triceps, chest & delts. I keep this in the gym bag. This is a fun attachment I'll use from time to time. They seem to be of good quality & really is great for isolating muscles 💪 recommended for targeted muscle training

9.5inch Wrist? EASY FIT! 💪🏽
10/10⭐️ Before I purchase anything I spend alot of time doing research reading reviews, I was hesitant at first because of the price of this product, Absolutely worth every penny. First thing is I have a 9.6 inch wrist so for you Big folks this fits no problem! Second, the quality is top of the line! Thick, solid grip! I came from TikTok just because I couldn’t wait a couple days I wanted the 1 day shipping but I highly suggest, and recommend if you purchase this go on TikTok and use their coupons! Other than that! This is the type of product I would just buy another pair with a different design just because it’s that solid!

It was good, works well, but I kind of feel like after like 2 uses the velcro might become unattached to the strap.

Best straps
Ive bought three other kinds of straps since i started lifting. These are the best that i have used thus far. Really good build quality, and the grip on the straps is a nice touch.

Worth it for the d ring
Took awhile to get used to after using regular straps for awhile. But I do really like them. Absolutely game changer for triceps, lateral raises and hammer curls. The only big downside ive found is their not as good for heavy deadlift as they put alot of stress on your wrists, but they do still work.
