This works for me. I am 76 YOF. Have dry eyes that tear and water in winter. Since I've been taking this supplement for a couple years now, I haven't had a problem. I like that it's a small capsule. Only contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin - the other recommended supplements, e.g., copper, zinc, etc. that are found in the complete eye care products are in my multivitamins - so I am not overdosing.
