Mix it light, but this stuff is so good.
It’s intense, so I use twice as much water as called for a be scoop. This stuff is so delicious that I have no problem drinking all the water, and I never want to skip it. Absolutely perfect to pop in a bunch of ice and sip while working or working out. Recommend.

Perfect Daily Driver for Energy & Hydration
As with all Ghost Collaborations, the Welch’s Grape Intra is perfect. I use this daily as hydration, pre-workout, and focus. Powder melts perfectly, no chalkiness and the flavor is so good! I’ve had the Welch’s, the Blue Raspberry, and the Sour Strips. They’re all so good. In the picture is the blue raspberry because I’ve already drank all the Welch’s lol
